“The room was beautiful and quiet and the coffee espresso pods were delicious. Don’t understand why hotel bathrooms don’t have exhaust fans? The art was outstanding. We had brunch and it was good. Didn’t know about the rooftop pool. Staff could be a little more helpful with providing an overview of the amenities and they didn’t offer the WiFi password with. Super classy place and a great location.”

“4 different staff members went out of their way to attempt to stoke me into unnecessary and potentially unfriendly conversation. Housekeeping on the 3rd floor has a set up that is not comfortable. Had only one unpleasant encounter w maintenance staff in same nature as general service. Orlando has a lot of servers yo. And yes, the rooms have open sockets where lights used to be with potential for abuse in my experience. I liked the area closer to the mini airport and festival park better.”

“L’hotel in sé non è male, ma la moquette delle camere andrebbe sostituita perché puzza di umidità. In generale l’hotel andrebbe un po’ rinfrescato ma tutto sommato ok. Gradito l’aperitivo gratuito la sera e la colazione ben fatta e varia. Il down town di orlando non vale la visita”

“When you walk into the lobby the hotel was spotless and had a very clean and pleasant smell. The rooms were extremely clean and big, a king size bed with a sitting desk area and a trundle sofa , the shower was excellent and the room had the best air conditioner temperature I have ever experienced in any hotel. The hallways were extremely clean and also had a very clean and pleasant smell. The breakfast was free and had a great variety of items which were very good. They had a coffee station...

“Fantastic welcome, quick check-in, enjoyed complimentary snacks and drinks in private lounge, enjoyed delicious dinner in the modern bar and restaurant area, air conditioning in room was noisy and room felt humid but slept divinely just the same, nice breakfast and fast checkout. All staff was very friendly and accommodating. Even valet parking staff. Will return”

“Was not as expected. Other than the highly processed restaurant in the building there weren’t any amenities. The supply the cheapest quality of toilet paper which falls apart when using. Drawers did not stay closed which is a hazard at night when walking to the bathroom. Coffee in the morning was mud. We were notified we had to pay $20 a day for parking either. Shower floor was very slippery. I would not return.”
