“4 different staff members went out of their way to attempt to stoke me into unnecessary and potentially unfriendly conversation. Housekeeping on the 3rd floor has a set up that is not comfortable. Had only one unpleasant encounter w maintenance staff in same nature as general service. Orlando has a lot of servers yo. And yes, the rooms have open sockets where lights used to be with potential for abuse in my experience. I liked the area closer to the mini airport and festival park better.”

“L’hotel in sé non è male, ma la moquette delle camere andrebbe sostituita perché puzza di umidità. In generale l’hotel andrebbe un po’ rinfrescato ma tutto sommato ok. Gradito l’aperitivo gratuito la sera e la colazione ben fatta e varia. Il down town di orlando non vale la visita”

“When you walk into the lobby the hotel was spotless and had a very clean and pleasant smell. The rooms were extremely clean and big, a king size bed with a sitting desk area and a trundle sofa , the shower was excellent and the room had the best air conditioner temperature I have ever experienced in any hotel. The hallways were extremely clean and also had a very clean and pleasant smell. The breakfast was free and had a great variety of items which were very good. They had a coffee station...

“The property was clean. Safety was my concern The homeless guy from the gas station setting up camp in the benches in front of the Delaney was enough for me . Front desk Iris was not very helpful . Garage not part of the hotel was dark and dreary. I left after 2 hrs did not feel safe.”

“Fantastic welcome, quick check-in, enjoyed complimentary snacks and drinks in private lounge, enjoyed delicious dinner in the modern bar and restaurant area, air conditioning in room was noisy and room felt humid but slept divinely just the same, nice breakfast and fast checkout. All staff was very friendly and accommodating. Even valet parking staff. Will return”

“The hotel looked as good as the money spent to stay here, which was a pretty penny. They had a dozen or so options for breakfast each day. They also had snacks and healthy meals in the lobby so I didn't need to leave or order fast food. It was a nice, clean and calm environment that I could've saved money booking months earlier. ”
