21.5 Mile Marker, Great view of the main channel from back deck!

A lovely 2 bedroom, 1 bath, Lake Condo with an excellent view! Access gate to the lake from the private deck. It is a bottom floor unit right on the water. Unit is fully equipped with all the major appliances including a dishwasher. A new TV in the living room and in the master bedroom. This unit is equipped with a stackable washer and dryer and a propane grill located on the large deck for your grilling enjoyment. Three Seasons Resort is located very close to many restaurants, marinas, golf courses, shopping, and everything else that is fun at the lake. Shorty Pants Bar and Grill is located just on the other side of our parking lot. This condo is a great place for a relaxing getaway, golfing/ fishing weekend, or any reason you need to get away from the city.

A change of scenery
My husband and I came to the lake for a few days. This place was perfect for us. Darren was very welcoming and checked in on us after we arrived to make sure everything was o,k with the unit. Everything was clean and just as it was pictured. We will definitely be back.

Family getaway
We had the best 3 day weekend getaway as a family before our girls started school. It was so lovely waking up every morning to the quiet. We would just step right out on the patio and have our coffee while we looked out over the water. Our daughters loved to watch the turtles in the morning as well. Very clean and has everything you need. Also, the owner/host is very helpful and responsive. We are already planning a trip back next summer!

Loved this condo!
We loved this condo! Super clean and nicely updated. View of the water and located near all of our favorite places. From the large details to the smallest touches, this is my favorite place on the lake! Nice patio, brand new ceiling fans. Lovely pool deck, in condo laundry. This owner has a sense of pride that shows to the smallest degree... travel sized bottles in the bathroom for spares. Well stocked kitchen is an understatement. I love the organization of picking my own door pin to the reminders set up on the breakfast bar. Everything is designed for you to have a relaxing haven during your stay. I will definitely stay here again!

4th of July Getaway
The condo was so homey...the furniture was so comfortable to sit on to unwind. Loved the view of the lake and the pool area was so nice! Will definitely stay again. Darren was very nice and made sure our stay was excellent!

Lake getaway
The condo was nice & clean. Darren was great & allowed us early access to the condo which was very nice. The pool was nice & chaise lounges were new. If you are looking for a 2 bedroom condo I recommend this unit.

A Great Spot!

Great Condo & Location
Darren was a great host and very responsive. The condo had everything we needed including an awesome location that's close to everything. We saw a bald eagle fly, ducks outside our deck, families of geese and more on our quick trip away from the city. Thanks again for your help with everything!

Perfect getaway
The place was great exactly as described. Great location and clean. Property manager was attentative and responded quickly. It was just me and my spouse but would be good for a family with little kids as well. There is a FABULOUS restaurant that is adjacent to the property called Shorty Pants. Food was great and distance from the property was just right. We could walk there but there was no night time noise/disturbance. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect for Fishing!
Terrific place! We ended up staying on a very chilly weekend but loved every minute. Darren reached out to us immediately and made sure we had everything we needed. The place is one flight down and the door is right at the bottom of the steps. The back porch had a direct access outside to the ground level and made it so easy to step out on the dock and fish! The view from the bedroom and the living room was GORGEOUS! We woke up early and watched the sunrise from the comfort of our bed. We did eat at Shorty Pants and the food and service were great! There is even a dockside store for convenience items (although not open yet for the season when we stayed). Having that so close is a real plus! One other bonus is that the place had paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher detergent- and even some small bottles of shampoo and conditioner. We had brought a whole bag of items we typically need for a weekend rental- and didn’t get out any of our own supplies. Such a nice touch! There is even ground coffee and keurig pods! The beds were comfy and there is even one set of firm and one set of soft pillows for the beds. (That was great since the hubs likes the firmer pillow but my princess head needs the softer kind!). It was pretty quiet and we never heard the neighbors. The cove is tucked away and other than the occasional cigarette boat showing off, the whole place was quiet and peaceful. We drove into town a few time for meals and it was a short drive.

Awesome place!
My friend and I stay there every year fro a conference we have at Margaritaville. It's a fantastic location and the condo is very nice and clean. The TVs are updated and the internet is awesome. Would highly recommend.

things to change or add
Need to put rules for the house out in plain site so people will see when coming in. We didn't find them till we had to call a few times for help. Also trailer parking is an issue there. It would be nice if you listed where you can keep your boat trailer even if you have to run down the road somewhere and make arrangements.

Cute Waterfront Condo with Great View
This condo was decorated cute and very clean. You are right on the water with ducks and turtles hanging out right outside your ground level deck. Walk to dinner at Shorty pants or short drive to Redhead. Loved it! Will be back!
