Questo condominio di Parkview Bay ha tre camere da letto complete al piano principale e un grande soppalco al piano superiore che è la 4a camera da letto. Occupazione 9 adulti. Due bagni completi sono al piano principale e un bagno completo è nel soppalco. I letti sono costituiti da un letto king size nella camera da letto principale con bagno padronale adiacente, Queen in 2nd, Queen in 3rd. Il soppalco presenta un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto. Il loft ha anche una TV, un DVD. Il soggiorno ha porte scorrevoli che si aprono sul ponte che si affaccia sul lago e su una delle nostre tre piscine. Gli scali delle barche sono molto vicini. Il soggiorno ha TV, DVD. Il ponte ha mobili da giardino e una griglia a gas. La cucina completamente attrezzata dispone di lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, frigorifero con fabbricatore di ghiaccio e gamma. Questo condominio è perfetto per una o due famiglie con bambini. Loft è un'ottima zona per i bambini che guardano film e gli adulti possono radunarsi al piano principale! Abbiamo anche altri condomini in affitto nel complesso, che lo rendono ideale per famiglie numerose o riunioni! WIFI GRATUITO per i nostri ospiti. Lavatrice e asciugatrice nel condominio insieme a una griglia a gas sul ponte rendono questa una destinazione di vacanza perfetta!

Enjoyable Stay, Responsive Host
Lovely condo, could use a bit of sprucing up and “corner” cleaning. Hair on sheets appeared to be from residue in the washer and dryer. . We had an issue with water (low pressure/no hot water) at bedtime when half our group was preparing to shower. The host responded by morning with instructions to check the breaker and turn on water to the hot water heater. By evening when we returned from our day of meetings, all was well. We were impressed with the well-appointed kitchen and the roominess of the condo layout! Beautiful balcony and view. Elevator was greatly appreciated when moving in and out.

Wonderful stay at Parkview Bay
Our family had a wonderful stay after the holiday.Cleanliness: Condo was very clean.Location: Prime location; 5 minutes to state park, shops and restaurants.Amenities: Comfortable beds; plenty of space for our family. Well-equipped kitchen.Host communication: Easy check-in process with VRBO. Information received 3 days in advance of check-in. Responsive host.Overall experience: Wonderful stay. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay again.Recommendations: Kitchen items could use some organization. Stock up on dish / dishwasher soap as none available. Light bulbs need replaced in some areas. Heat could have been turned on prior to check-in as it was 56 degrees inside and took sometime to warm up. Better property instructions would be nice to have that outline 1) turning on the breaker and 2) value on water heater. We eventually figured it out not having any hot water, but it wasn't outlined anywhere on the property instructions available in the unit.

Beautiful spot
Lovely condo with lots of space. We had 6 teens with us and 2 adults and had plenty of space to spread out. Highly recommend. Some of the kitchen items could use updating and some spaces seemed to missed by the cleaners but nothing major.

Great location!
This place is in a great area…lots of close coves for tubing, floating etc!! We enjoyed our stay & the elevator makes unloading a family worth of stuff a breeze!

Friends Weekend

This was an amazing property and perfect for the occasion we weee attending for my sisters wedding. It was 9 minutes from the venue and about 5-10 minutes from anything else needed. It was BEAUTIFUL, the location, the design, the space was AMAZING! I wish there was an elevator like the listing said but it’s a good thing I can walk in heels no matter what!! I’m always skeptical about the cleaning process since I know the owners typically hire a cleaning crew and rely on the cleaners to be honest that they completed the cleaning and it did look like the floors had not been swept but that was not a deal breaker for us at all I just like the owners to know so they can keep an eye on things! Overall it was a great experience! Our first time using VRBO and we will do it again!

This is our 2nd time staying at this condo. We have enjoyed it both times. Great water view and clise to everything! Nicely laid out with separate loft, making it a 4 bedroom.

Unhappy!
Could barely get key out of box; no WiFi password; no phone number for owner on sheet (found on side of fridge on our last day); had to take towels/sheets out of dryer. The load was so stuffed that we had to run dryer twice! We didn’t come to the Ozarks to do cleaning! We’ve stayed in many VRBO condos and have never had to do laundry-dishes in dishwasher & garbage out but NEVER laundry!! We won’t be staying here again!

Very nice place, but not for people with bad knees/backs. There are hundreds of steps to get from condo to pools. Stayed on 4th floor & the view was amazing!!

Keep in mind this is our first time using vrbo or anything similar. The place was great. But when arriving we were greeted with many rules that were not posted. It is similar to staying at a family members house. You are expected to do the laundry, clean everything, even if when you arrived laundry was in the dryer and the toilet la weren’t clean.

I would of given 5 stars for everything, but on arrival this place had not been opened up since last season. It needed aired out. The hot water was turned off.one of the tvs didn't work. I changed the furnace filter( people with allergies would appreciate a better furnace filter) and the wifi definitely needs updating. The manager did fix everything. After that was fixed. I very much enjoyed it.

Great Condo, Great Property & location
My brothers and my dad have an annual fishing trip in the Osage Beach area. This year we stayed at a new condo which turned out to be just as advertised. David was very easy to work with regarding a boat slip and any other questions I had leading up to our stay. The check-in / check-out process was very simple also. We truly enjoyed our stay in this location. Would highly recommend it to others.
