“Stay was great! We are a family of 2 adults and 4 kids and there was enough space in our room for a comfortable stay. Hotel is 2 blocks from a main avenue with a lot of dinning options. The hotel doesn't ship luggage, only receives and storages them, however, there's a 7-11 a block from the hotel to ship luggage. Rooms were clean and everything was as expected. The male receptionist who spoke English was so helpful and nice. He gave our kids some boxes with treats and when we checked out, he...

“The staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed there for a couple nights. The room was spacious and comfortable. The street is quite narrow, but taxi/uber can find you. It is walking distance from Dotonbori and Namba shopping. There are many restaurants nearby. Osaka is a vibrate city. This hotel is central enough to get to many places. You will enjoy it. ”
