HISTORIC CHARM X QUIET LUXURY

The building dates back to the 1800s, and during the restoration, great emphasis was placed on preserving its historical charm with original details and replicated windows from the construction period. The apartments feature oak parquet floors, Huseby kitchens, elegant bathrooms, and are furnished in a modern Scandinavian style. When you enter, you will use original stairs and handrails that have been well-preserved for nearly 150 years. All apartments have either a spacious balcony, a private rooftop terrace, or access to charming seating areas in the lush and secluded backyard. Here you will experience "Quiet Luxury" and the perfect combination of past and present.

Take line 11, 12, or 18 from "Jernbanetorget" station to "Schous plass" station. 6 min ride + 4 min walk.

A 6 min drive with paid street parking available outside the property and in surrounding streets.

→ Electric scooter
5-15 min depending on your bravery. Just remember to enjoy the beautiful neighborhoods along the way.

All guests are required to complete our guest portal prior to check-in, which includes, but is not limited to: agreeing to our house rules, providing a valid identity card for verification, and authorizing a NOK 2500 security deposit as a temporary hold.
