Regarding the Denver airport location, I was surprised we were provided a small suite with a kitchenette......Staff was great and hotel was clean. Will continue to stay at Hyatt House properties across the country. Very impressed with Hyatt House properties. Very consistent properties with great staff and very clean... Value has also been very good. Congrats.”

“This hotel is a good example of a business that does better than its surroundings. The area is tough, with cars broken-into around the area and garbage dumped into the streets. There are numerous warning signs to leave nothing valuable in your car. Better though, the hotel itself is well-stocked but somewhat run-down. The staff were friendly and helpful but they do suffer from the national labor shortage and there's not enough of them for the number of people staying there. So this place is...

“The hotel employee that checked me in on Wednesday (2-19-2025 & checked me out on Sunday (2-23-2025) was extremely rude.When I arrived on Wednesday, I had trouble locking my hotel room door.I called down to the front desk & the employee was very rude & condescending when I explained what was going on with my hotel lock.Upon checking out, I asked for a receipt & was told I can’t print out a receipt for you.”

“I booked late in the evening because United rerouted me to Denver and stranded me there. I called the hotel to ask about a shuttle from the airport, and they told me exactly where to meet a shuttle within the next 20 minutes. Check in was easy, comfortable and large room, nice breakfast included, easy shuttle arranged back to the airport. “The very small parking lot is also the lot for 2 restaurants, a bar, and a jewelry store. If you are gone through the day there is no place to park when you return to the hotel. You end up parking in a lot for other businesses and risk being towed. It is the only negative, but we found it to be very frustrating to have to drive around until someone left one of the restaurants so we could park at the hotel. ”
