“Manager was horrible. Had someone bring me fod and groceries. And they were told I can't have anyone come buy and to leave. Ridiculous.”

“Room was 6 out of 10. Peep hole in door was missing so anyone could look inside our room. There was a property ownership change from the time I booked reservation to my check-in. They didn't have my reservation. Property internet was down so there was a delay in checking in but clerk went above and beyond to accommodate us. Double booked our room with another guest and they tried to enter our room. Front desk clerk apologize for her error which was due to the system being down.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Drury Inn & Suites. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming. The front desk staff took the time to have a genuine conversation with us, and when they learned we were in Huntsville to take my son to the Space & Rocket Center, they thoughtfully gave us a room facing the giant rocket. Being able to see it from our room meant so much because my son was beyond excited. The hotel is conveniently located just a short drive from the Space & Rocket Center....

“We ended up leave a day early because there was a man going door to door knocking and running up and down the balcony all night and early morning. When we told the staff they non-chalantly told us “oh he’s on drugs”. Also we went to get towels and no body was in the office nor did they come to the counter. The water coming from the faucet smells like bleach. Holes in doors. And as we went to let them know we were leaving that we wanted a refund due to the man who we called the cops on the lady...
