“We were welcomed with a smile and a friendly hello. Beth was wonderful and made us feel right at home! Our room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The amenities were great, the pool was refreshing after a day of riding and the breakfast was a nice way to start the morning and with good coffee, too! “This was a fabulous hotel. The room was a suite. The pool was top notch. The yard was large and flat for dog walking. It was lakefront. The staff was wonderful! It was centrally located to many restaurants and other shops. It was in a great area of town. Two thumbs up! We would definitely stay here again!”

“Manager was horrible. Had someone bring me fod and groceries. And they were told I can't have anyone come buy and to leave. Ridiculous.”

“Lovely hotel and the rooms are large and very functional. My only issue was that the hotel was loud due to the highway being near. I was unable to sleep until after 1130 due to trucks on the roadway.”

“The television had internet connection there for programs available! So no TV. The tub has a crack in it. The pool wasn’t clean. Had so much dirt in bottom and floating, and the tiles were falling off. The hot tub was broken. These are things I look forward to utilizing when I plan a trip out of town for a get away. Only thing about this best western is I could wait to get away.”
