“Clean, nice kitchen, bed. Living room could have more comfortable seating. Nice walkin shower. ”

“Very clean and safe area to stay. My only complaint is the bottle of hair conditioner was empty. House keeping needs to make sure this is kept up. Other than that, we loved everything about this place ”

“Gym area seemed fine. Breakfast was nice. The staff was very nice. The hotel seemed to be having a good bit of maintenance... repairs.. one elevator was not working. Repairs were being made. The 4th floor... the bath tubs had been re caulked.... so had a heavy smell. One that can get you high. We were on the 4th... asked to be moved to another floor. Which they did. So other than so many things in the works... the hotel and staff were nice. The views were great of the lake. ...

“Great hotel, location is fantastic, on the water and 3 restaurants within walking distance. Very clean and friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast is minimal, but expected since it has a full kitchen in the unit. It would have been nice to have a yogurt in the morning since we were only staying one night. A little noisy in the evenings, but to be expected with 3 very good restaurants within walking distance and on the harbor. Lots of outdoor activities near by. I would highly recommend this hotel.”

“Old coffee filters left in coffee pots of both rooms we rented. Shampoo had be used in one of the rooms. No coffee the next morning in breakfast area. Poor selection of breakfast glad McDonald's is across the parking lot. Left my granddaughters stroller and had to argue with the owner to get it back after we told her the rooms we stayed in. ”

“Beautiful hotel experience. Surprised by the breakfast and dinner buffet for free with quality food and many choices available. The pool and hot tub were amazing and very clean!”

“I didn't stay. Prepaid for reservation. Given first key to room that hadn't been cleaned. Given a second key to a room that had someone staying in it. Couldn't stay as they had no clean rooms ready. Asked for refund and was told they couldn't give me all of my refund. Asked for a receipt and was told I couldn't get a receipt. Worst personal experience in all of my travels. Had to go to a Holiday Inn Express down the street and pay for a much higher rate for my two nights. I won't give...

“Staff is always very helpful. Our rooms have always been clean. We've stayed here several times because they are so close to our family, always clean and inexpensive. The only thing I'd warn people of -- and the hotel can't fix it - is the noise from the bar across the parking lot and occasionally from the highway (231). ”
