“Second time I've stayed here. Convenient for the golf course and supermarket and a pleasant walk into a lovely town. Along with some places in Normandy, Bethune is the friendliest place that my Friends and I have found in France. Very good breakfast and nice Lady on reception - plus Thomas the cat. We also enjoyed a nice bottle of fizz in the pleasant garden.”

“It was a very cold evening but the room was warm and cosy. It was very clean and the bath and shower had plenty of hot water. It is within easy walking distance to the central square and easy to drive from the autoroute. Car parking is secure behind a fob operated gate. We were heading to the Euro tunnel the following day which is about 50 minutes. I can highly recommend Les Béthunoises, we will certainly stay there again.”

“Booked the cheapest room in the hotel of 10m2 which must have been the worst room in the hotel. The window faced a corridor and not outside. The room and the elevator did not smell clean. The light from the elevator to the room did not turn on so my dog was too scared to walk and enter the dark bedroom from the lift. The receptionist did not speak English and the final straw was that there was no wifi ”

“Everything was perfect! David was a very welcoming host, even though we arrived after 9pm. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was comfortable and spacious and very clean with bottled water and amenities. David laid on the nicest breakfast of warm croissants, warm bread, cheeses, jams, yoghurt and honey, and also supplied is plenty of milk and cocoa for hot chocolate. The cats and dogs at the property are adorable and all in all, it was a very relaxed overnight stay. Merci, David et Cecile.”
