“Hotel, location, staff, check-in, room, cleanliness…all absolutely top notch. However, I got up at 4am to go to the loo, and the carpet was soaked next to the bed! One of the bathroom sinks had sprung a leak from one of the sink water supply pipes and soaked both the bathroom and adjoining bedroom carpet! The nice young lady at reception offered to put me in a different room but I was wide awake by then and I got on the road early to continue my trip home. She brought me some more towels to help...

“Parking was awful. We have a jeep with a small tralier. They wanted us to park down the road in a dark parking lot where semis were. We could not even have parked in the lot without they tralier as they did not have enough space. Forcing us to leave and go somewhere else. Expedia would not refund our money.
