“This hotel was actually so nice, great size room, really clean, helpful staff, good location, and free breakfast! Couldn't have asked for a better stay.”

“Unfortunately we missed breakfast (didn’t realize the time) and the staff member wasn’t nice about it. Other than that, place was clean minus renovations. We will definitely stay there again.”

“The room was clean and everything looked great. My only issues were that the bed was too firm so I wasn’t comfortable and the shower head was clogged so it had poor water pressure.”

“Front Staff checking in was very good and efficient. My problem was with the room. It was dirty. Garbage on the vinyl flooring from prior occupants. I don’t think they clean the floor between occupants. The beds sit on wood platforms and the mattress does not fill the platform and there was crumbs on the platform from prior occupant. The shower was nice but the wall of the shower had mold which should be easily cleanable and the shower head was rusted. Just not what I am used to with the...

“Nous avons passé deux nuits à l’hôtel et dans l’ensemble, nous étions satisfaits ! Néanmoins, nous avons trouvé quelques poils dans les literies, et, la propreté des toilettes n’était pas parfaite ! Le personnel d’accueil à l’écoute, et , souriant ! Il n’y avait pas de bruit pendant les nuits ! Le grand parking est un plus ! Le petit déjeuner est suffisant !”

“It says it’s an extended stay hotel, but there are no coffee makers in the rooms! . There’s a washcloth and a bath towel, but no hand towels, and no other common amenities in the bathroom.”

“Overall I was happy with my stay. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Cleanliness is the most important aspect for me - this was a 5/5. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The walls are a bit thin and you could hear talking in the room next to us and everything in the hallway - even footsteps. I was disappointed with the breakfast buffet - $17 per person for some sausage, what tasted like boxed eggs and hard french toast is ridiculous. I would definitely stay...

“No door key I had to be let in by the night clerk as so once I was in the room I couldn’t leave, I was downgraded from a Queen to 2 twins because they were overbooked even though I had a reservation. The person on duty was as helpful as possible. Just seemed as if they overbooked and didn’t inform the night clerk .”
