“It says it’s an extended stay hotel, but there are no coffee makers in the rooms! . There’s a washcloth and a bath towel, but no hand towels, and no other common amenities in the bathroom.”

“The room was clean and everything looked great. My only issues were that the bed was too firm so I wasn’t comfortable and the shower head was clogged so it had poor water pressure.”

“I booked a 1 night stay here Sunday-Monday. Check in is 3pm and our room was not ready until after 6pm!! I requested a call from a manager for a refund. Your short staff issues are not my problem. There was no manager to be found, just a rude front desk girl that couldn’t care less about anything or anyone. We were told to wait in the lounge. We were not offered another room. “Great location, walkable distance to a Main Street for food and shopping. Had a one night stay with family. Free parking. Indoor pool was good. Breakfast options were decent. Staff were helpful.”

“Nice ownership. Room was dark with minimal lighting and 1-2 light outlets. Large TV only good for playing games. Shared bathroom was fine. Continental breakfast minimal. Coffee available any time was a plus.”
