“In general, better than nothing. Apartments are under renovation: make sure you get one with wooden floor and not carpet. Bathroom had no window or outside opening: lot of humidity and smell. Air conditioning was only in the bedroom not in the living room. Refrigerator had no water, so we had to fill bottles at the swimming pool. Cleaning is only done once in a week and not very well. “We had an extremely relaxing time in this house. Kitchen is outdated for us who love cooking but we still made it work. Coming from Matira beach previously, the surrounding and water is not as attractive but you can still swim from the dock.We enjoyed the quietness and again very relaxing time for a family of 5 without feeling crowded.Very welcoming. We recommend .”

“We were very happy with the property! 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms suited our family perfectly. Thank you for the extra floor fan for the bedrooms. Loved the proximity to the Makai Tennis Courts! Nice to have a pool/hot tub on the property! Convenient location to to the town of Hanalei! ”

The owner is very helpful and responsive and provides a lot of details about the resort, places to eat, the surrounding areas and activities all over the island. “We loved our stay at Falling Waters Kona. The home is exactly as pictured and fully stocked with all the amenities. In fact, maybe too many amenities as we needed to stay longer to enjoy them all.
