“We spent 10 days in this delightful and well equipped cottage. We were only two people so plenty of room, but it would have been comfortable for a small family. The kitchen had all we needed, the deck out the back was a great little sun trap, and the cottage is a two minute walk to Harlyn Bay. There is a bus to NewQuay and Padstow right on the doorstep. We loved this cottage and would definitely stay again.”

“We had a fabulous week staying in this gorgeous home. The property has been beautifully designed with all modern conveniences provided . The beds were really comfortable with luxury bed linen . “Just the sweetest little cottage that is in the best location for all Padstow has to offer. The parking space directly outside the property is a massive bonus. The cottage is very comfortable and is extremely well equipped - we had everything we needed. Four of us stayed and there was plently of room. Jules who owns the cottage was very helpful answering all my questions regarding the cottage, local area and restaurants etc. We would absolutely stay again and recommend it to anyone.”

“We had a lovely holiday here and enjoyed staying in this very nicely decorated, clean bungalow, on arrival there was a lovely cake and tea making equipment that was very welcome. Great attention to detail with a file of useful information about the property and the surrounding area, and the local pub/restaurant did good food. The finishing touches were good, even toilet rolls provided! Overall we were very pleased and enjoyed visiting the local beaches.”

“The location overlooking the Camel estuary and 10 minutes walk into Padstow centre is perfect. The house is well equipped and comfortable. One criticism would be that the ustairs room would be perfect as a family room if it wasn't open to the rest of the house hence any noise could be heard maki g it unsuitable for a baby to sleep. This did not spoil our week as we thoroughly enjoyed the house. There is a cycle route on the doorstep and great walks also without needing to use the car.”

“I have nothing but praise for this house and also for Mark the owner. Communication was great and replies speedy. The house was brilliant in terms of layout and space for us as a large family. We had 9 adults and a 7 week old baby so spent most evenings there. It has everything you need and more. “Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....

"Il personale gentile, cibo classico da pub inglese ma di ottima qualità. Posizione molto bella, bellissimo tramonto dalla sala. Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che la doccia fosse letteralmente nella camera che già era piccola. Inoltre c'erano vistose macchie di muffa."
