“I personally love staying at the cactus cove Matt has done an excellent job from the remodeling to the decor the miniature golf course, corn hole the different sitting arrangements in the atrium to the beautiful fountain. A first class breakfast is served every morning and the pool is awesome with more really nice sitting around it The 2nd floor has a guest laundry that also fits right in with the rest of this exceptional hotel. “Only wished housekeeping came by everyday. Went three straight days without any housekeeping....and we did not have a "Do not disturb sign " up....so that is the only complaint because we did run out of necessities. ”

“Lady in kitchen needed help with breakfast preparation...was behind getting everything out. Lady working front desk casually walking around and sipping on her drink while someone else struggled. Potatoes she "helped " prepared were horrible..filled with water. She knew it and still left them out for guests to put on their plate. Need more than one person in breakfast area.”
