THE UNIT: This unit has a private entry with a garden view. This is a cozy suite with a private front entry through a 3' solid wood door with a dead bolt lock.
Inside you'll find a King Size hand carved teak bed with a "Sleep Number" mattress, two nightstands, desk with a 32" Smart HDTV, Free High-Speed Hawaiian Tel, access/stream Netflix/Amazon using your account. Two adjustable ceiling fans and a floor fan.

BATHROOM: The bathroom has tile floors, pedestal sink, shower, hair dryer, soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, towels and beach towels.

PRIVATE LANAI: Front entry private lanai with two chairs, table, lounger and BBQ.

AMENITIES: Mid-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, hot water maker, coffee press, coffee maker, blender, toaster, silverware, plates, cups, wine glasses, and wine decorker and many other appliances upon request.

AIR CONDITIONING: A/C is included in this unit.

GAZEBO: This shared area has a BBQ, hot tub, sink for washing H/C water and a RO water dispenser for pure water to refill your water containers.

PROPERTY: Adult only, peaceful, private, and secure. Our 9-acre property is partially fenced and secured with auto-entry double gates. You will be provided with a transmitter to enter the property. For the safety of our traveler’s, only registered guests are allowed on the property. There are two donkeys (Jasper and Prudy) who are in their own fenced area and our dog (coconut Jake) and working cat (Miss Kitty). We have many mature tropical fruit trees growing on the farm and you are welcome to pick fruit that is in season for your own use. The hot tub is open 24/7 and the is pool open 7am – 6pm. Open all year. Located 5 minutes from Old Hilo Town and 12 minutes from Hilo International Airport.

We will replace towels and bathroom supplies upon request as listed for 12 nights stays or less. If you reservation is for 13 nights or longer, you will be suppling your own needs and washing of your towels/linen.
