Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place in Paraparumu. we have a big backyard section, which is kid friendly we also provide a good amount of privacy and there are many local attractions such as the Kapiti chocolate factory. Raumati Beach, skyline trail, golf course and so much more. Bear in mind that we don't provide any food in our Airbnb as people have there own food choice. we provide some teabags, some coffee, some sugar and bottle milk.

3rd single bed is a fold out movable bed put in the lounge to accommodate a 5th person. No pets are allowed. we do provide a rice cook and pots for cooking .


We are a family of four that enjoy life together (mum, dad, & 2 children).
Our 2 children are in there teens and in school. We stay in the front house and the back unit is our AIR BnB which is seperate by three garages in the middle for the cars. The lawn is shared with us . Our boy is always outside kicking a ball let us know if it a problem . Plus we have a garage at the back of the unit that sometimes we use it for firewood and bicycle use
