“The pictures online for the brooms are trash. They look nothing like it and a quarter of the size. Hot water is only hot for about 15 minutes. They triple charged my debit card. For the room when it was paid for online. No refund and let me make this clear.! NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE EVER. If they do it to get your money and never answer the phone again.”

“So when looking for a motel, my buddy and I really had a couple things we wanted. We wanted to find a place that had a hot tub. We could hang out in after surfing, and we really just wanted to be able to watch some TV. As soon as we got there, staff told us that the pool and hot tub weren’t able to be used as they were broken until Tuesday. And then when we got back from our event after a long day, all we wanted to do was watch some TV and we couldn’t get the TV or remote to work. Staff told us...

“The hallway is under construction and it was a terrible mess! The air conditioner blows in your face, next to the bed. Pillows are not clean. The breakfast was very good. ”

“I find it hard to believe that a shelf in my room hadn't been cleaned for weeks maybe longer. Not sure I'm ever going to use a Marriott property again.. I said something to the guy at the front desk and nothing but crickets??? He didn't charge me parking fee after spending 2 night only because I asked him for the credit. Very disappointed and I am retired and moving around the country, not staying at the Marriott!!!!”

“Superior room was very nice, clean and nice bedding. One VERY DANGERIOUS item was the shower inside the bathtub. Bathtub bottom was very slippery. No rough surface or tub mat. As seniors we were so concerned that we didn’t shower second day. Grab bar was on opposite wall and difficult to reach safely. Breakfast was not looking great and expensive. We found a great diner 10 minutes away. Not a great value for price paid. Nice looking and room very nice but improvements can be made”
