“Kids running around set off fire alarm 10:30 pm. Beds were clean and good, but floors and bathroom not as clean as they could be. Residents allowed at night to smoke right outside the front entry of hotel so have to walk through smoke. Got what we paid for.”

Worst of it, when we got back from the event to go to bed, we pulled the sheets down and the bed was full of bedbugs. Sickening. We left and demanded a refund, and the night clerk said I need to call the manager in the morning.
