“The Marriott is such a pretty little hotel out of the way in a nice location in Trumbull, CT. The rooms are very clean with comfy beds. The hotel itself is so nice with many comfy seating areas everywhere, gorgeous massive fireplace in lobby and a nice restaurant called Parallel Post, which has a yummy, albeit small menu. “The room was very spacious and appeared clean. However, when we pulled back the bed covers, the sheets were grossly soiled and obviously had not been changed. The front desk staff seemed unconcerned and offered us a clean set of sheets to change ourselves, but made no apology or offer to change rooms. Customer service training seemed to be lacking for the front desk staff. Breakfast had the standard options.”
