“The big complaint I have is that there were only 5 hangers in the closet and no actual dresser. When we called and requested more hangers we were told we would need to go to the front desk and pick them up ourselves. This happened the last time we stayed here. Our last stay was a week long stay with 2 people. That time there were only 5 hangers also.”

“We stayed at Staybridge on two occasions, both because I was having surgery at a nearby location. The rooms have a well-equipped kitchen, cafe-style table for eating or working, a sofa and TV in a room separate from the sleeping/bathroom area. The place is either very new or recently updated. Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.”

“This was a nice hotel. The furnishing felt kind of like it was from ikea. But the bed was comfortable. It’s near the Colorado Springs airport. There is not many nearby places to eat. Check in was good. ”

“I had ordered the room quickly as it was icy out. I came into the office, and the owner saw that I was using a scooter due to a broken ankle. She asked if I still wanted the room as it was a few floors up. I replied that I could use the elevator but there was none. She gave me a handicapped room but it was $10 more. Our stay was clean, easy to get around, and the food was fine. However, in the room, the paint was peeling, there were scuff marks, & the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. ”

“The property was the perfect location for our trip to visit our kids. It was small and quiet and they have done some renovations which made it seem well maintained. Front desk person was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again ”
