“New hotel with busted tile everywhere including the bathroom in our room. Sharp edges. Shower door bat was very loose and the reading lights didn't work. We also got the wrong room, 2 beds instead of 1 king. Go somewhere else.”

The pool was also closed and tge landscaping was looking tired.

“The staff is incredibly helpful and very friendly. The hotel is beautiful. However, the parking situation can be very difficult. We found that in the evenings the surrounding businesses were incredibly busy and it created a parking situation for those staying at the hotel.”

“So I do want to start this by saying that my lesser review has nothing to do with the property….they were very understanding and grateful. I had the worst experience with one of the other hotel guests, and the hotel staff was more than congenial in the situation. I would just say be very careful with some of the other people who are staying there…..you never know what problems arise. That being said, I would stay again”

“My kids and I love the Tru hotels. This one is super close to the Denver airport but we still based our weekend trip to Boulder from here. There are restaurants, a Starbucks and Sprouts market just down the street. Love how clean the room was - the white bedding, the hard floors with no carpet or rugs anywhere, mini fridge for drinks and leftovers, squeeze bottle shampoo/conditioner/soap rather than those wasteful single use ones.
