“Overall this worked great for us. About 2 blocks from the gulf coast. Fishing access on an inlet behind the house and pool was great for us and kids. Out of the way for major island traffic but close enough to the coast to walk and enjoy it”

“This unit worked well for two couples. The space is small, but thoughtfully furnished. The kitchen is very functional and there was an apartment sized fridge rather than the under-the-counter one pictured. Also 3 TV tables, 4 folding chairs, and a folding table. Plenty of towels, and beach chairs, a wagon, and an umbrella in the laundry room. Recommended.”

“The room which is privately owned is beautiful, exactly like the photos, very well appointed. The location is an older property and who ever redid this room did a great job. The check in and out process was seamless, onsight parking and restaurant/bar/pool/ work out room /boat rental was very convenient. That said, things out of this owner's control but worth noting is you are directly in a flight landing /take off pattern and the planes low and loud. Also the ice machine is right across from...

“The property was adequate for what we needed. We were looking for a place where my wife could recover from surgery. The hot tub was in the back yard was a plus. The pool was cool even though it was heated to 80 degrees. With outside temps in the 70’s, we didn’t use the pool. The kitchen was very complete even with sharp knives. It would be tight for 4 adults due to the single small bathroom. But it worked for us as a couple of two. ”

“Great location, well kept, clean, beds/mattresses were awesome. Supplies provided (towels for kitchen, bathroom, beach, paper towel, kitchen, laundry, bath soaps) were perfect for the two of us. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes & utensils. Definitely planning on renting again. ”
