Spacious Parsippany house
The Parsippany spacious house was simple and clean for an old home. It is sparsely decorated, stocked and furnished. Parking was easy in the shared driveway, with the unit below.

Good spot for a group gathering but would benefit from improvements
This house provided plenty of room for my family and I over Thanksgiving while visiting relatives. We enjoyed the large living area and kitchen as well as the number of bedrooms. We were underwhelmed with the supplies in the kitchen and the overall cleanliness of the home. The kitchen had minimal items which made cooking for a group a challenge. The house did not appear to be professionally cleaned. The living room rug was covered in leaves and dirt so we had to ask the host for a vacuum and clean one of the bathrooms before use. In addition, the heat was not working in one side of the house and there were broken items such as toilet paper holders and window latches throughout. However, the host was responsive to messages and it is located in a quiet neighborhood. It is a great space with a lot of potential, but would benefit from some improvements.

DO NOT STAY HERE!
House was filthy on arrival. Food on floor, leaves and dirt from outside were in piles inside the house. There was unidentifiable yuck on bedspreads. Dirt in every corner. No toilet paper. Members in my family group did not even want to sit down. We took pictures and left immediately. Owner has refused any sort of refund. This place should be blacklisted and removed from Vrbo.

Spacious, clean place to stay.
We had a very nice comfortable stay. Everything was clean and tidy. Plenty of common spaces to gather the family to cook, eat, play games, or watch TV together. The bedrooms were very spacious although a couple were lacking in furniture to either lay open or unpack a suitcase and/ or a nightstand for those things you need close at hand or c-pap machine etc. You will also appreciate to know that this property appears to be and truly feels like an entire house. However it is listed as an apartment because there is a second level downstairs where, I believe, there are permanent residents. The only difference this made to us was not being able to park close to the front door. We had the driver drop the rest of us off by the front and we went in and unlocked the living room door so they didn't need to walk all the way back up and around to the front door. The host was kind, considerate, and answered fairly quickly even when we messaged late at night as our planes arrived near midnight. Thank you for your hospitality!
