“Really enjoyed the location of this property. It’s easy to walk anywhere downtown Victoria from here, yet is tucked away in a quiet location. The hotel itself is nicely kept up and rooms are very clean. My only complaint would be it seemed they gave us one of their least desirable rooms because we booked on Expedia. Even though the hotel is large and has many rooms and we were staying in a quiet day (the hotel was not busy) they gave us a room on a low floor with the roof right out the...

“This hotel is located on a beautiful, quiet side street, one block away from the harbour. Very convenient location, walking distance from all that downtown Victoria has to offer. Would stay again.”

“My son loved feeding the fish in the lobby, it made this location very memorable for him. We loved the calm quiet vibes. The only negatives I would say is that they charge extra for the underground parking (but I think most places do now). Also we struggled a bit with the temperature in our room but having balcony doors opened most of the day really helped. Also important note is that there’s no restaurant so you need to walk or drive to get breakfast which we didn’t mind but we did not know....

“Beautiful hotel. Close to local shopping, restaurants. Our room came with a small kitchen. Very convenient for eating in. Checking in/out was easy luggage carts conveniently located in garage. Modern furniture and nice bed. ”
