“Reserved a 2BR executive room with balcony and city view. Sounded nice. Room size was fine but "city view" was actually looking directly across at other old, deteriorating buildings. Unit had tv but programming was ALL Chinese. This place is a bit "off the grid" I did not have cellular service until I drove 5mins to the main road.”

“This hotel is really close to terminal 4 and is fine if you have to take fly early in the morning, you can walk from hotel to terminal 4. Rates are too higher compare to other, the only reason could be the location.”

“La struttura non aveva niente di speciale ma molte cose negative 1) senza frigorifero 2) il condizionatore era privo di remot control 3) il materasso scadente troppo molle 4) la tenda non oscurava completamente la luce passava lo stesso 5) il televisore senza telecomando solo telecomando del decoder per cui mk dovevo alzare dal letto per spegnerlo completamente”

“Actually the guest who is going to occupy the room due to unsafe are due to self parking which is too hard to find one, the places for leisure places mentioned didn’t exist. He dislike the place and asked for refund on Dec. 10th which more than 24 hrs since the reservation is until the 12th.”

“The property is okay. It is advertised with "fast Wi-Fi connection" but we can't even use the WiFi when we were staying there. We booked the place cause it was the hotel nearest to the place we are visiting and it we need the fast internet connection. We called the front desk to report the issue, they mentioned they will try to do something to fix it. After an hour, still can't use the WiFi. Then the front desk staff mentioned, that we should be reminded that the WiFi is just a complimentary and...

“It's dirty, cockroaches in unit. not convenient to stay with, beds and pillows are need to be changed. LPG hose was not hooked up with the stove, when we're about to use it, lpg leaked. Not safe! No elevator. Lost and found item not returned. My wife left 2 pairs of new slippers in our early check-in room, and never see it again. Avoid this place. ”
