“This might be the nicest house we have stayed in while traveling. The kitchen has everything we needed. Paper towels, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, shampoo and body wash were all supplied. The bedrooms are huge which worked well for all of us. A nice hot tub to help recover from Steamboat and Winter Park. Grand Lake is a cute down in winter and RMNP is right there for some hiking. I highly recommend this place, and if we stay in the area again with a big group, this is where we'll stay!”

“This place was everything we wanted and more. A big snow came in the 3 days prior to our arrival but the driveway was plowed and walkeays shoveled. She had it decorated for Christmas which we loved and the outdoor lights were on a timer so when we got back from dinner the first night we got a surprise of more Christmas lights! “We had a great time during our Christmas stay at this cabin. It’s in a great quiet community as well as a great quiet small town. The views from the cabin were amazing, everything was fully stocked, central heat worked good for the cold winter has a wood burning fireplace although we did not use it. “We spent two weeks of sabbatical here and it was perfectly peaceful and serene. We felt at home immediately. We went sledding in the backyard and walked through the neighborhood. It was easy to get to town because the streets were well plowed. Tom had taken care all sorts of hospitality details anything we needed we had and more. By far one of our best rentals ever.”
