“Easy access rooms. Room was very spacious and very comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet area but only couple minute drive into downtown Seward. Ideal for access to exit glacier. Great location. Staff was great to work with. Would stay again. ”

“I know a lot of the reviews have been negative but this lodge is just a simple, comfortable motel. The rooms haven’t been renovated so they’re a little run down but almost everything was spotless and the linens were clean. I’d say just some of the corners were a bit dusty and there were some hard water stains in the sink. The mattresses are a little saggy but were still decently comfortable. We stayed for a night to catch an early kayak tour out of Seward and it was a good deal. Most other...

“Season was ending and a previous property decided to close early so they referred us here. It was perfect for what we needed. Great location. New and clean. Easy to use a key box for our arrival and checkout. Just off the highway but the traffic at night must have been light and not a bother to us. ”

“It was wonderful for our big family! Everyone was able to have their own sleeping space and there was plenty of space at the table for all of us. Our grandchildren loved the toys. They kept them entertained the entire week. We all enjoyed the hot tub and the spectacular views!”

“OMGosh! This place was so AMAZING…from the heated floors to every form of coffee brewing available (teas and hot chocolates are stocked as well). I enjoyed freshly ground French pressed coffee every morning in this well-built, extremely clean home with comfortable beds and seating area. “The one challenge was in “the apartment.” It was way too crowded for a family of 5. The child beds were uncomfortable and what would happen in case of a fire? The other rooms were very nice. The front yard was great. Please replace the bags boards & bags - hazardous. Additional flatware would be helpful. We had 16 in our group.”

“Beautiful waterfront lodge with gorgeous sunsets. The hot tub was wonderful after a long day driving.”

“At arrival confusion prevailed. Not only had we already paid online through VRBO but also had to pay again upon arriving. Host had not received anything in account from VRBO, Host assured there would be a reimbursement, but there appeared to be a disconnect between lodge and VRBO. Actions are still pending. Room was cold until space and wall heaters were turned on. Slight leak under front of toilet. Room was rustic and comfortable. Location to fishing on Kasilof River is extremely good.”
