“This is the perfect little single room efficiency with kitchenette and full bath. It’s small but would be perfect for a single or couple who rented a car or otherwise has transportation and wants to experience Niseko. There no much in walking distance but a whole lot in a few miles drive. ”

“Very clean, good value for money, excellent service, great area near the bus stop and a couple of restaurants and a bakery. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the couch and beds were quite uncomfortable. Although hard beds are common in Japan, we all found these ones to be very hard, the couch was also uncomfortable which was a shame after a day of skiing all you want is to be comfortable. We would stay here again though, but next time we’d bring some air beds to put on top of the mattresses.”

“Highly recommend for a stay in Niseko. The place is in great shape and has plenty of space! The company that runs it is very good about communication. We booked our snowboarding thru them and it was very convenient. They also were quick to accommodate some unique needs that we had. A couple things to consider - the lodging is at the bottom of the hill in Grand Hirafu. You can technically walk to the restaurants and to the resort but it can be dangerous if it snows. “Loved everything about the hotel and Niseko ski experience. My only suggestion is to add ski racks/tubes on the outside of the buses to make it much easier to transport back and forth to the ski area. Having your skis stacked on the front seats is inefficient and causes damage to the skis. It would be so much easier if there were racks on the outside of the buses. See Aspen or most US resorts for ideas/pictures”
