What We Love
Create memories that will last a lifetime when you book this beautiful, two-story farmhouse four miles away from Penn Yan. This tranquil and secluded location allows you to enjoy the best of nature while still being at home. Explore the Finger Lakes area with its scenic landscapes, wineries, and charming small towns. Some of the must-visit attractions you can find include The Windmill Farm & Craft Market, Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyard, Keuka Lake State Park, Arrowhead Creek on Waneta Lake, Hunt Hollow Ski Club, Sampson State Park, and Bristol Mountain Ski Resort.

This splendid home away from home enjoys a terrific outdoor living space - gather around the firepit in the backyard and enjoy the starry nights. The back deck is also a great spot to gather and enjoy alfresco meals and host summertime cookouts thanks to the provided gas grill.

Upon entering, relax and spread out comfortably in the tastefully furnished living area or challenge your friends and family to a game of pool or air hockey in the game room upstairs. The full kitchen has all the essentials to prepare exquisite homemade masterpieces. You will encounter one bedroom with an en suite bathroom on the first floor and four additional bedrooms on the second level. The washer/dryer makes laundry convenient and allows you to pack as light as you would like.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
