“Checkin was painless and efficient; not happy with no meat offered for the breakfast but rest of it was fine. Got stuck in an elavator at 1:00 am for about half an hour till a desk clerk was able to manually get me out. Went to LL by mistake and then tried to go to 1st floor but would only move up a little and stop between floors which wouldn’t allow the doors to open. Didn’t matter what buttons I pushed it wouldn’t move. Elected to not push fire alarm to prevent full evacuation of hotel and...

“The tv was broken and when we went to front desk to tell them about it we were told there person that is able to fix tv was not in. They mever even bothered to look at tv or offer another room even though there were many open rooms. The phone was also broken and there was no breakfast offered. Very disappointed as we have stayed here in past.”
