'Captain's Delight' è stato recentemente ristrutturato, unico nel suo genere, con 3 camere da letto al Sabine Yacht Club. Il lato C è l'ingresso più grande, entrando in cucina. La cucina era arredata con splendidi controsoffitti in quarzo bianco e una spaziosa area bar nella sala da pranzo; una casa fantastica per la famiglia ospitante. La camera da letto principale era dotata di porte-finestre e un armadio privato. I bagni sono dotati di docce in vetro e ripiani in quarzo. Pulito e spazioso!

Il secondo maestro è il lato B. Ha il suo angolo cottura e ingresso. 

Amiamo molto Sabine: i panorami sono altrettanto spettacolari e assolutamente sereni.  Puoi vedere le luci di notte, invece dell'oscurità dell'oceano.  

La spiaggia è proprio dall'altra parte della strada. C'è una doccia per risciacquare all'ingresso della proprietà sulla via del ritorno.

Sabine si trova a 0. 9 miglia dal Pensacola Beach Boardwalk per negozi e ristoranti. Perché non approfittare dei campi da tennis o dell'area grill / lounge esterna della proprietà mentre ci sei? 

C'è anche l'accesso per mettere una nave marittima nella baia e ancorare o parcheggiare il rimorchio, rendendo questo noleggio il migliore per tutti i nostri capitani di mare!

Absolutely Amazing!
The first time we walked in to the condo was absolutely breath taking! This condo is very spacious and stunning! Our balcony was on bayside which made it nice when the boys wanted to go fish on the little beach area. We saw so many different fish, a dolphin and lots of stingray. There is a little bit of a walk to the beach but it was an easy walk. It was just a great place to stay, very clean and the pool was really nice after a day at the beach. Anyway as I said just an absolutely amazing place!

Will be back!
This condo was so nice and comfortable, and very spacious! We loved the panoramic windows and location. The welcome tablet was a very nice touch and the local restaurant suggestions were greatly appreciated. The only down side, which is not a reflection on this condo, was that the previous beach access that used to be directly across the street is no longer available. Its a short walk down to a public beach access point. Without 2 small toddlers, the walk would be no sweat!

Great view from every room!
Beautiful, well appointed condo. Loved having three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The open design living room, dining area and kitchen made for easy visiting with our group. Windows in each room gave a lovely view of the water and wildlife. We saw squadrons of pelicans, hunting osprey, even dolphins from the balconies. Would stay again!

Wonderfully beautiful!
What a beautiful view on the 10th floor of this condo. We enjoyed not only the view but the cleanliness, spaciousness, and peaceful place to retreat. This condo had plenty of room for our family with Soundside views as well as the bridge views. To us, it was so peaceful. The beach was across the street and could be viewed via the kitchen window. We spent time there too. This was a perfect getaway to celebrate our daughters college graduation as we rented bikes, stopped off at local shops, restaurants and cafes. We’re locals but wanted a place to stay on the beach for our celebratory time together. This was perfect. Highly recommended!!

The property was very clean, very quite. Plenty of room, not a far walk to the beach and just far enough from the middle of town you get the peace and quite. We had two children with us and family, it was perfect!! I honestly don’t want to tell anyone about it because I want to keep it all for myself! I we will for sure stay again!

Beautiful condo, but layout is different
The condo was beautiful and the views were fabulous. The closest beach access is walking distance if you aren't carrying anything but a beach bag. If you are wanting to set up an umbrella or canopy you will have to drive a little bit to the access point. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was great, but they are in two different rooms. The kitchen truly did have everything needed to make our meals and the dining table had beautiful views of the bay. The master bathroom is across the hall from the master bedroom so there is a lack of privacy from that standpoint. The layout of the other two bedrooms is a bit awkward. You have to go through one bedroom to get to the other, so there can be a lack of privacy there as well for the person in the middle bedroom. The management company was GREAT to work with and they were so incredibly helpful. Definitely a great place to stay, all things considered!

It was Ok
The condo does need some renovation like Both the living room and twin pull out sofa both had issues, like they were breaking. Also, we didn’t realize there is no walkway to the beach right across from the condo we had to walk to a nearby cross walk to get to the beach which was so inconvenient with small kids and 2 wagons full of beach stuff and coolers. The view from the balcony was the only thing that I loved, All in all.
