“This rental was great- it's clearly new and nice and clean, but it was also clear that they want to make our stay enjoyable. Lovely private patio with a remote control awning for shade, comfy beds with great bedding, fully stocked kitchen, big showers, and even a Red Rocks parking pass. Several reviews mentioned he recycling center across the street - it is a small center where people come and bring their recycling - so we did hear "clink clink" once in awhile when people dropped off, but it is...

“The condo appears to have been recently remodeled and the furniture appears new and very clean. It had everything we needed for a four night stay. The condo was very clean when we arrived. It has tv's in the living room and the bedroom. A couple of things to mention, the unit is not accessed directly from the parking lot, it is on the back side of the building and the laundry equipment is not in the unit. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Sedona.”
