★ The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
★ NO SMOKING ALLOWED of any kind. Any signs of smoking in the unit will incur a $1,000 and cancelation of booking.
★ PARKING
Parking is NOT ALLOWED within the complex. Your car will be towed by the property management at your expense.

HOUSE RULES
In order to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we ask our guests to follow and respect the following house rules:
* We can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests at any given time. It's for your own comfort and the sanity of our cleaners :)
* Please make sure to securely close all doors behind you.
* Pet Policy: No pets allowed. Unauthorized pet fee is $500.
* We offer early check-in (up to 2pm) and late checkout (up to 12pm) for an additional fee of $50.
* Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are permitted inside of the unit. This includes overnight.
* No third-party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
* The individual making the reservation must be at least 25 years of age & must be one of the guests staying at the property.
* There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the apartment or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property.
* NO WEAPONS on or inside the property.
* NO PARTIES - respect the quiet hours (10p - 7a) during your stay. If evidence of any partying is found, it is a $1000 fee for violation of house rules.
* THERE IS A $1,000 FEE FOR SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT. If we detect any signs of smoking, we will ask for early termination of your stay.
* Report damages immediately.
ANY BREAKING OF HOUSE RULES WILL BE DOCUMENTED AND PRESENTED AS PART OF CANCELLATION OF BOOKING AND $0 REFUND POLICY FOR VIOLATION OF HOUSE RULES.
* We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.
* For extended stays (longer than 28 days), guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, agreeing to terms of the stay.
* Any public disturbances in common areas, complaints from residential tenants, or interference with mail or packages will be grounds for immediate termination of your reservation. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a respectful and secure environment for all residents and guests.
