Experience the Perfect Lake House Getaway!

Wake up to the breathtaking sunrise reflecting off Lake Huron. Spend your mornings savoring coffee on the spacious deck or sun room area, then dive into a day filled with swimming, kayaking, and outdoor fun. As the sun sets, gather around the beach bonfire to create unforgettable memories under the stars.

The kitchen is set for any family cook, featuring all the essentials to whip up delicious meals. Enjoy your favorite meals cooked by grill, griddle, smoker, crock-pot, oven, stove, or over the fire and display your meal on the outdoor buffet counter. Gather together outdoors with seating for 12, all while taking in stunning views.

Your stay comes with an array of entertainment for all ages—board games, a mini 2 person driveway pickleball net, and outdoor activities. With paddle board and kayaks at your disposal, plus sand toys for the kids, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

This property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Strict No party policy is enforced and an outdoor quiet time is at 10:00pm. Thank you for your cooperation and respect for the neighbors.

We are pleased to welcome small dogs only to our rental property. Please note that the property only features a small 7x10 ft grassed area, (which is connected to the neighboring lawn, so pets must remain with in the property lines), and additional small grass area near the main road.
For the safety of your pet and others, dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when outside to ensure they remain on the property and avoid the main road. Additionally, we kindly ask that you clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors daily.
Please be aware that additional cleaning fees will apply for pet hair removal and any animal waste found by our cleaning team.

In a neighborhood. People on both sides of property lines. I think I saw them once, still felt very private. 10-15 minutes from a lot of really cool nature spots. Close enough to small towns that you’ll feel like a choice to be private, or be in little tourist areas at your leasure.We didn’t want for anything as far as dishes utensils towels everything. Had a cool rinse station to get sand off when you get out of lake with hot and cold water. Stocked with everything you needed. Great furniture for a rental. Functional clean, and not sooo nice that you’re on edge about messing it up. Near a lot of cool hiking trails.

We had such a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The location right on the water couldn’t be better—waking up to a beautiful view every morning was unforgettable. The beach kept us busy from sunrise to sunset with swimming, walking, and just relaxing by the waves. It was the perfect mix of peaceful and fun, and we never ran out of things to do. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with stunning views

Great spot just outside of Caseville. We had plenty of space for 5 adults and 6 kids. Hosts had great communication and the house is in a great spot on the beach! Saving to rent again in the future!

Easy check inFully functional kitchen with LOTS of bonus items!!! Sharp knives and plenty of utensils and dishware.We have the Best chef in the family and not bad as the old cook myself. We never ate out... So much extras including trash bags, dish soap dishwasher pods Cleaning supplies for bathrooms!!! Pods for laundry, how completely Awesome Extra refrigerator in garage!Beautiful black stone gas grill Charcoal grill podBeautiful multi level deck Floating water Lilly padKayaksPaddle board The list is quite endless The neighborhood is very quiet and well policed.So many things to list...Perfect space for multi family as long as they can manage stairs, there are lots. ..

Beautiful place, we did not have to go anywhere for anything. we replenished what we used that was there from Keurig cups to trash bags to paper towels, toilet paper batteries so much more that was there. The kids had more than enough fun out in the lake in their own private beach area. Sand, castles, kayaking, and outdoor sun fun was the key. But more than recommend this area in this house.

Photos don't do this view justice!! It looks like you are in the water while sitting at the kitchen counter. Hoses were right by the door from the beach to rinse off, plenty of towels, pillows and comfy chairs to lounge around in. Owner was immediately responsive with some slight house-related issues. Recommend bringing water shoes as the first few feet is rocky in the water. Definitely recommend this property!!

Amazing Views in a Peaceful Setting!

The property was as described. There was sufficient room for a large, multigenerational group. The beach couldn’t be more perfect, and the extended swimming area due to more shallow waters was just right for our younger swimmers. First time I didn’t leave the property for the entire vacation! Great Choice!
