Hotel a Pittsburg

“There was a snafu at check in and I got the keys for the wrong room. The front desk staff caught the error before I reached the room and called me and had the right keys waiting when I came back. Yes, it was an error at check in; but, it was very quickly and professionally handled.”

“The front desk personnel were efficient and friendly. The ladies who cleaned the room were accommodating and refilled supplies, but the dispensers in the bathtub are inconvenient for one who takes a bath. The breakfast was nicely done and the lady who runs it is a hard worker.”

“Blankets had burns in them and gunk on them. Bathroom was dirty. Floor was dirty. Stayed for five minutes while we tried to find a different hotel and left. Worst hotel experience I’ve had.”

“Very clean. Comfortable beds, very soft sheets, large TV. Ask for a room far away from the stairs as the it is loud downstairs during the complementary breakfast.”

“We loved the pool accessibility. The pool water was quite warm however and since it was hot outside it was not as refreshing as we would have liked.”

“The beds were Terrible! I had a queen suite and there were no box springs just a wooden box with hard mattress on top. I spent $180 and could not sleep at all. I told the front desk and they just said sorry. No discount or anything.”
