“Staff was helpful and kind, brekky was bussin, and overall the room was clean and in good shape. My only complaint is that the pillows are flat and the blankets are thin so if you like supportive pillows and warm blankets, bring your own to add to the mix.”

We requested a handicap accessible room; however, we were assigned a 2nd floor room and there are NO elevators. We asked for any room available on the 1st floor...because I would not be able to carry my husband up and down the stairs! They claimed not to have any available and refused a refund. We booked...
