“Stayed for one night. It was great, just a walk to the mall”

“Die Zimmer sind alt und abgerockt. Die Bilder entsprechen in keinster Weise, dem aktuellem Zustand. Das Personal ist nicht verfügbar, keine Ahnung wo die sich aufgehalten haben. Die Klimaanlage sehr laut. Die Lüftung im Badezimmer sehr laut und wirkungslos. Dieses Hotel Bedarf einer dringenden Renovierung. Von der Hotelkette Sonesta sind wir wesentlich besseres gewohnt. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis passt in keinem Fall. Dieses Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen.”

“My room was very dirty: carpet not vacuumed, hard floors not clean, bathtub and shower surfaces visibly dirty, AC unit has dirt clumps in the vents, no alarm clock in my room but my brother had one in his room, area around the microwave dusty, the entry door #5 had to be yanked hard to open it. In the breakfast area outside maintenance crew people were doing food prep, However the front desk staff was pleasant and helpful, there was plenty of parking near my room, the breakfast was ok. Good...

“We get there they start to put us in a room we hadn't reserved. They did get us in the right room. Maid service wasn't that great don't think they ever came in to check anything. Couch in the room was broke down. No hand soap in the bathroom.”

“HORRIBLE place and HORRIBLE customer service! When we arrived, the desk clerk was talking on her cell phone. She saw us and did not end her call or acknowledge us for approximately 15 minutes. We requested a handicap accessible room; however, we were assigned a 2nd floor room and there are NO elevators. We asked for any room available on the 1st floor...because I would not be able to carry my husband up and down the stairs! They claimed not to have any available and refused a refund. We booked...
