Hotel a Pittsburg

“The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The shampoo was missing from the shower and the body wash was empty. There were plenty of towels. The breakfast was fair but there was no orange juice but all other juices were stocked. This is our go-to hotel to stay at when in Pittsburg. Have stayed there multiple times over the years and have found it to be satisfactory each time. The location is great as it is right off the bypass. Will stay there again.”

“The breakfast was by far the best I have ever experienced. Parking was good. We didn’t use the pool but it was easy access as well as the fitness center. It was a busy weekend due to graduation. We arrived at 4:20 and had to wait for our room to be ready. We had a suite and there were no plates to use. The couch was uncomfortable. The staff was very pleasant. We received emails offering services. Breakfast was phenomenal so we left happy.”

“Room was very humid and AC didnt work very well shower water was barely warm. I didnt sleep well in the warm humid room. Everything else was great the people working were friendly and the breakfast was not bad. I think if they remodeled and upgraded some of the run down rooms it would be a great place to stay”

“HORRIBLE place and HORRIBLE customer service! When we arrived, the desk clerk was talking on her cell phone. She saw us and did not end her call or acknowledge us for approximately 15 minutes. We requested a handicap accessible room; however, we were assigned a 2nd floor room and there are NO elevators. We asked for any room available on the 1st floor...because I would not be able to carry my husband up and down the stairs! They claimed not to have any available and refused a refund. We booked...
