“let me start positively, the people who work there try to solve the problems of the hotel but they walk with their hands in their hair they can't handle it. Our holiday: day 1 no water, day 2 only cold water, day 3 only cold water and no electricity. Day 4 everything worked except the WIFI but that is survivable. day 5 there was a very limited breakfast, just some fruit. day 6 no water, day 7 cold water.
