The Sparrow’s Nest comfortably sleeps up to 10 people with its 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 full baths. The large private basement provides additional living space and sleeping accommodations. You’ll love the huge wrap-around deck that provides optimal lake views all year round. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub jacuzzi or gather around the outdoor fire pit for s'mores and stargazing.

Inside, the home boasts a large fully equipped kitchen with ample seating at the kitchen island and dining table. Additional dining can be enjoyed under the covered deck just off the dining room slider doors. Cozy up with a movie or watch the big game on one of the 2 large smart TVs.

Sparrow’s Nest features a large backyard with plenty of space to relax and play, including a deck, 7-person hot tub, fire pit, and BBQ grill. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and stay comfortable with air conditioning and an indoor wood-burning fireplace. A washer and dryer, iron and board, and free private parking complete the amenities.

In addition to the home’s features, guests also have access to the community’s amenities, which include a pool, tennis courts, and a fitness center (at a surcharge).

Arrowhead Lake is a private, gated community managed by the HOA. In addition to your reservation fees through VRBO, etc., you must pay the following fees:

1. Temporary Membership (age 6 and over):
⇢ In-season (May 24, 2024 through September 2, 2024 bookings): $8.50 per night/per person or $42.50 per week/per person
⇢ Off-season: $2.00 daily per night/per person

2. Gate Card Fee: $20 per vehicle

3. Transaction Fee per Rental: $20

FOR EXAMPLE: If you have 4 guests over 6 years old, staying for 2 nights IN-SEASON, and bringing 2 vehicles, the cost would be:

1. Temporary Membership: $68
2. Gate Card Fee: $40
3. Transaction Fee per Rental: $20
TOTAL: $128

***Registration Information and Fees must be submitted and paid at least 4 days prior to the check-in date in order to secure your reservation. Failure to submit 4 days prior to check-in may result in cancellation. Registrations will not be accepted within 4 days of the check-in date - this may result in trip cancellation. ***

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. If we find an unauthorized pet in the house, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charge an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500, and in some cases, it can be up to $1,000.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS/FIREWORKS ★
Please treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

Quiet hours for the property are between 10 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.

Fireworks are strictly forbidden!

Wristbands grant you access to community amenities.

You may enter the community on the day of arrival at any time to use the amenities, but the house will not be available until 4pm. Wristbands must be worn while using any community amenities.

Please note that this house is equipped with 24-hour recording cameras focused on the exterior of the property for security purposes.

Renters are prohibited from using permanent member identification. Please ensure you purchase your temporary membership during registration which you will receive upon arrival at the Welcome Center to experience all that Arrowhead has to offer!

We care about maintaining positive relationships with our community, and we appreciate you being mindful of noise during your stay. We use NoiseAware, a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay.
