“When I checked in to the hotel I was told that quiet time was 10pm and that it was strictly enforced. First night was fine, second night there were noisy people next door. Tried to call front desk and there was no answer. Tried calling several times, no answer. Next morning I informed the person working the desk. I was told that I was supposed to leave a message and they would address the situation the next morning. That kind of management does nothing for a situation that needs attention...

“This is a nice little condo just minutes from Monarch Ski area. Gigi was really nice and her communication was great. The condo had everything we needed. The only complaint we had was that the sofa cushions need to be replaced. It was really uncomfortable to sit on the couch for any period of time. If that was fixed then we'd recommend this unit to anyone wanting to stay near Monarch Mountain. ”
