“Though a little away from things and I somehow got lost every single time I set foot outside, I did enjoy staying here. The pool was delightful and the A/C was a lifesaver. Staff was very good and helpful (e.g. immediately dealt with a blown fuse when I told them about it), but it should be noted that I think they spoke less English than the property advertised (I REALLY should have used Google translate to explain what was going on with the previously mentioned blown fuse). “伝統的な住居をそのまま利用した雰囲気のよい宿泊施設で静かで落ち着いた空間である。トイレ・シャワーは共同だが私が宿泊した部屋は隣だったのでほぼ専用で使用でき不便はなかった。窓にガラスがなく雨が降ると木の扉を閉めることになり真っ暗になるがそれも味だろう。場所はオールドタウンのどこへもアクセスしやすく便利である。”

“I stayed here one night after landing in stone town. Perfect spot to nap on and off to get through the jet lag and be right in the heart of stone town. Extremely walkable to sites. The rooms are spacious, excellent shower and super comfy bed. Very clean and was just what I was looking for. Please note that it was a bit difficult to find. The taxi just dropped me off on the main road because cars can’t access the small streets. Once you know where it is, it’s super simple to return to”
