Upon arrival, we found two out of three air conditioners broken with temperatures reaching 38°C. Three of the 20 beds were just living room sofas in a room without curtains. The houses and kitchenware were dirty, and we had to gather utilities from all three kitchens to cook a meal. The host arrived at check-in time and gave us an introduction and tour, and made sure we were able to contact him. The house is as advertised in the photos and description. “Have you never been to the sun? Really? Well next best thing is Rome in August. Punishingly hot so at the end of our trip we stayed here one night and were in the pool 7 hours w our 5 kids. Tremendous experience. Movie night. Beware August 15, nothing is open but we found a taxi to takre us to a country club. Great experience.near the house”
