Our Holiday Hideouts are beautifully finished, professionally cleaned and all meticulously maintained.

This self contained 2 bedroom holiday house is spacious and welcoming. With the option of a double sofabed it can comfortably sleep 6. Comfortable seating with a Large Smart TV (inc Netflix), large dining space and fully equiped kitchen make this the ideal get away.

The kingsize master bedroom is spacious with a separate walk in wardrobe. The twin second bedroom is also a good size with ample hanging space.

Newly furnished throughout, everything is brand new!

Large SMART TV, 2 seater sofa, 2 arm chairs & 6 seater dining table.

Kitchen features oven & Hob, full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Penn hill is a trendy Poole suburb which offers great access to restaurants, beaches activities, marinas and attractions.

It's the perfect base for a great getaway.

We have a UK award-winning patisserie cafe only a few minutes from the house which also sell fresh daily baked bread and all the sweet treats you could ever want.

There is a supurb local fish and chip shop that delivers.

Nearby bistro micro pub and a very popular new italian resturant.

You can drive to Bournemouth, Poole or Sandbanks in only a few minutes from the house. There is also great bus routes and taxis are easy to call to the door.

Convinient for a family
Well appointed house. We stayed 2 nights and had a wonderful time. Conveniently located closeby supermarkets and sandbanks beach.

Fine for our needs
The property is decorated well with ikea furniture. Adult clothes rails would have been better than the children’s ones in situ. We didn’t use the downstairs loo as the toilet seat was broken. The kitchen was kitted out well for feeding a small family. The garden courtyard needs a little TLC, I picked up the litter but not the cigarette butts. It was lovely to see family and the location for us was great.

Modern and clean
We enjoyed 6 nights in Branksome. The property was modern, clean and well equipped. Communication could not be faulted. There was parking outside and also plenty of on road parking. Walkable to supermarkets and lots of other shops. Ten minutes drive to great beaches. Great location.
