“The room was clean and the breakfast was above average for the class of hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was a bit tight in the lot and the area around the hotel is a bit desolate at night. I felt perfectly safe but was not traveling by myself. Shower in the room was great.”

“Room was in an awful location. Had to listen to people coming up and down the stairs all night long, slamming the stairwell door. The room had bugs, and was in poor condition.”

“The room was dirty! Hadn’t been dusted stains on the walls hair behind the bathroom door! And we had to get a blow dryer from the front office.”

“The room smelt so bad of urine and cigartettes is was nearly impossible to fall asleep. There were people outside of our room swearing and being loud. I would not recommend this as a place to stay for the price and if you are traveling with children.”

“Check-in/checkout was easy. Staff were pleasant. The Airport Shuttle was convenient for airport arrival and departure. It was also available to take us to a nearby dinner restaurant and after a phone call, they retrieved us promptly. The shuttle drivers were knowledgeable about the areas and made us feel at ease, especially our 4:30 a.m. airport arrival. Room was adequate and quick, especially that it sits in a more woody area then the Hilton Spring Garden Hotel.”

“While the hotel itself is fine we reached out before through the expedia platform when we made the booking requesting a late checkout. Someone messaged us and asked what time are we looking to checkout and we said 12pm if possible. They then told us that is their standard checkout time. When we got there the guy at the front desk insisted otherwise and said that we didn't speak to the hotel we spoke to someone through expedia.
