“Stayed for one night. Clean and comfortable.”

“Rooms do not have coffee makers, the free breakfast is devoid of protein, and the fitness center out of order. That said, the rooms are adequate if you are out and about all day needing only a place to shower and sleep, the hotel is in a convenient location, at moderate cost.”

“Staff that stares when you say good morning. Only water source is your bathroom sink. Begger junkies on the street corners, loud arguing lateinto the night that wakes you, police sirens every night, I found a used needle in the parking lot. Dripping faucet, water damage on ceiling and walls, stained carpet, WiFi worse than the hotspot offered by my iPhone, low resolution cable that keeps freezing. Never again. Avoid this filthy hotel.”

“I had the King suite and it was very roomy and comfortable for an extended stay. The bed was very comfortable and housekeeping made up the room daily. The breakfast was minimal but filling. Staff interactions were pleasant and everyone was helpful with suggestions for places to eat in the local area. Nice clean facility and I would stay here again.”

“This hotel is very well located in Albany NY, right across from the University at Albany and near highways. It was comfortable with a good bed and bathroom supplies. I was quite satisfied with all aspects of my stay.”

“I stay here every time I come to Albany because the staff are so friendly and helpful. It’s the little things- moving things around to put my rooms together even though I forgot to ask ahead of time, keeping the breakfast area stocked and clean, putting a luggage cart outside of my room for my early flight. Sure, things are a little old and could use a renovation, but it’s clean and the property is well cared for. ****The hot tub has been out of service all Spring 2026.”

“If you have absolutely no other option due to pets. Do a b&b. The customer service at this location is atrocious. The lack of hospitality and customer attentiveness caused a mediocre stay to become absolutely terrible. Try any other sister affiliates if you can.”

“I asked for help in getting my rewards number I was told they can’t look them up. I asked if I could get a little milk for my morning coffee and was told they can’t open the milk??? I would not stay here in the future”

“Pull into the parking lot and you can tell right away it’s the place to bring a prost itute or find drugs. Was approached by a black man as soon as I stopped my vehicle! Trash and filth surrounding the building. Stained and dirty walls. Stained and dirty sheets, mattress protectors, and mattress. Ancient heater and ac that looked hazardous. Disgusting and unsafe.”
