Unità del centro città molto comoda per tutto Ptown

Questa unità ha due camere da letto, 1 con un letto matrimoniale e 1 con due letti singoli. Questa unità al 1 ° piano presenta un ampio soggiorno a pianta aperta, zona pranzo e cucina con vista sul Monumento del Pellegrino. Simpatico portico seduto di fronte che è un ottimo posto per osservare la gente e un grande portico privato schermato nella parte posteriore, con grill a gas, tavolo pieghevole per cenare all'aperto o semplicemente godersi la vita all'aria aperta. Caratteristiche della casa in lavanderia, cucina completamente attrezzata con zona pranzo che può essere espansa per ospitare fino a 8 persone. Tutta la biancheria fornita.
Connessione internet wireless in tutta l'unità e una scrivania / spazio di lavoro disponibile nella camera da letto principale. Il soggiorno ha una TV a schermo piatto, videoregistratore, lettore DVD e stereo CD. Nella camera da letto principale sono disponibili una TV a schermo piatto e un lettore DVD separati.
In stagione, ognuna delle camere da letto e la principale zona soggiorno / pranzo sono dotate di condizionatori d'aria a finestra per mantenerti fresco. L'unità ha anche un battiscopa pieno, sistema di riscaldamento ad acqua calda forzata per i periodi più freddi.
Puoi raggiungere praticamente tutto ciò che Ptown ha da offrire - ristoranti, club, bar, negozi, gallerie, spiagge della baia - da questa unità situata in posizione centrale. Just Book This One!!!!

This is our second time staying at this property. Last summer we stayed with our two sons, and this weekend was a lovely stay, just my wife and I. This property is warm, inviting and steps away from Commercial Street, MacMillan Pier, and the Monument is the first thing you see when you walk out the door! The master bedroom boasts a comfy queen sized bed with tv and a lovely closed in porch out of the side door. The kitchen is fully equipped with full sets of cookware, a keurig, standard coffee machine and French press. It is perfectly decorated with local artwork, beautiful stained glass lamps and sunbathers. The shower pressure is amazing! The beaches are minutes away, as is stop and shop and CVS is right across the parking lot. It is close to everything yet set far enough away from the hustle bustle when you want to rest. This is truly a gem. We came home and immediately signed on to try to book our summer week, and found that unfortunately it was booked….but we will absolutely stay here again. And Kevin the host is amazing to deal with. Responsiveness is so quick and he was able to accommodate a change we needed with ease and generosity. Do not miss this property. It’s perfect.

Perfect Getaway :)

Myself, my daughter and her best friend, stayed at the rental for four nights. Everything was great- the house was ready upon arrival. It included bedding and towels which many rentals do not, along with a kitchen full of everything one would need. The unit was very clean and comfortable and nothing beats the location. So close to Commercial Street but far enough away that it is quiet at night. Would highly recommend and hope to be back again in the future. Feels like a home!

This was my families second stay at this Town Center Unit and we loved it as much as the last visit. The only downside was I did not bring my own knives this time because I remembered the kitchen was very well outfitted and left my kitchen box at home. I realized the homeowner could not really outfit the kitchen with good knives as many guests would put them in the DW. So next year I will bring my own and our visit will be perfect.

Real Gem in Provincetown

This unit was one of the best I have stayed at on VRBO or any other vacation rental platform. The kitchen was very well supplied, and had everything you could possibly need in a vacation rental. There was a generous supply of towels and washcloths, and although we did not use them, beach supplies. The location was great, minutes to Commercial Street and numerous restaurants and entertainment places. There was a wonderful deli a block away that had great baked goods, a small assortment of groceries and fruits and vegetables. The sandwiches, both breakfast and lunch were top notch. The unit was very comfortable, with adequate air conditioning, and very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and great location

This is a great place to stay and very conveniently located. It is exactly as shown in the listing but felt roomier. It is in a great location. You're a less than 5 minute walk down the hill to Commercial St, but the house is in a quiet area of town. Great instructions from Kevin for check-in. I would book this place again.

Great option close to everything

We had a very pleasant for our family of four. Paris: - Location to everything you want to do without being in the chaos of Commercial Street - Amenities are well thought out including washer/dryer, soap, beach supplies, games, etc - Good communication and direction Point to Consider: - Some of the equipment in the home could be updated, but is functional. Overall, a solid choice for a family or group of friends traveling to Ptown.

Great Place/Great Location

The unit was perfect for us (3 men), fully stocked with pretty much all you should ever need to have at a place near the beach, including all kinds of cooking utensils, spices, bedding, beach chairs/blankets, etc. The beach is nice and only a very short walk from the unit (5 mins or less). Downtown where it is all happening is also right there. Neighbors were great, and the parking space that comes with the unit is right next to the front door. The small front porch was perfect to catch a little sun, or to people watch. The larger rear screened in porch was quiet, private, and relaxing. Overall, the unit has all of the comforts of home, and wonderful personality all of its own. P-Town of course, is magnificent!

Great home base in Provincetown

House was perfect for our stay-centrally located so we could easily walk to center of town (and let our teen safely do so alone) but also easy to get in and out by car and avoid crush of provincetown traffic. Everything well equipped. House was quiet and peaceful. Lovely stay.

Great place, very comfortable

It was a very nice place, lots of personal touches. Lots to tissues and toilet paper. The beds were comfortable and plenty of kitchen tools to use when cooking and eating The ACs were nice and cold, kept the place cool when needed. There were plenty of towels for showeting. The parking spot was large enough for our truck. It felt like a home away from home. We would definitely rent again.

Home Away From Home

ANOTHER FANTASTIC TIME IN PROVINCETOWN

This is our third time staying at this property and once again we had an amazing time. The property is always clean, stocked with home / cleaning supplies and ready to go. The location is amazing. It’s close enough to the heart of town to walk to everything, but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle on a busy holiday weekend like this one. We had a last-minute change / accommodation that the owner Kevin was more than happy to help us with. We would definitely stay there again!
