“Hotel molto bello , pulito , personale cordiale . Posizione subito fuori il centro della città.”

“Overall stay was really good. I booked three gold suites and accidentally booked one suite as not gold and immediately tried to change it but the hotel did not let me. They did not reply to my numerous emails and kept asking me to send more emails when I called to share my concerns. This one mistake ruined the trip for many of the guests coming with me and I did not appreciate the hotel service at all.”

“We had a really wonderful holiday there. Beautiful rocky view, the best pool to take photos, and tasty food in Tama… The only thing that we feel inconvenient was we have to a buggy when we move to the pool or restaurant. Sometimes we had to wait more than 20minutes. ”
