Siamo nell'edificio Diamante, che è uno dei pochi edifici sull'oceano. Siamo al 7 ° piano, unità 704. Il nostro condominio completamente fornito ha la connessione internet wireless più veloce su Sandy Beach, 3 TV a schermo piatto, cucina completa, vista sull'oceano dal nostro bellissimo patio privato al 7 ° piano, lavatrice, asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, acqua potabile filtrata, parcheggio sotterraneo, sicurezza sorvegliata 24 ore su 24 , centro fitness, piscine a sfioro con uno scivolo acquatico e fiumi pigri, una piscina per bambini, vasche idromassaggio, bar a bordo piscina, una spiaggia di sabbia bianca, giardini sul mare e "The Links", un campionato par 72, campo da golf a 18 buche contornato attorno alle dune e al mare scintillante.

Forniamo anche una connessione Internet wireless a fibra ottica da 50 Mb. Non tutti i condomini offrono Internet wireless, ma il nostro è il più veloce disponibile su Sandy Beach. Abbiamo anche una "Smart TV" da 55 pollici per lo streaming video.

E c'è anche una cassaforte privata nel condominio dove puoi bloccare i tuoi oggetti di valore e avere la sicurezza e il comfort di sapere che tutto è sicuro mentre ti godi il resort.

Beautiful condo with everything you need. The location is great with the pools and beach just a short elevator ride away. The sunsets from the lanai are gorgeous. Owner is fantastic with communication. Will definitely be back.

Family Vacation
Usually my family stays at a house in Las Conchas, so I wasn’t sure if we would like a resort-style condo instead. At first it was difficult to get your bearings of the resort and know the proper place to check in. We had family staying in each phase, and all of us were in different buildings. When arriving in the condo, we were disappointed that the thermostat was off, and the place was 88 degrees. Two other families in our group had this same issue. There was also only one dishwasher pod and no laundry detergent available. However, it was a pleasant surprise to find about 8 ice cube trays, so we could make our own ice. We enjoyed the ocean and pool view from our balcony. We were able to fit my baby’s pack and play in the master bedroom closet, and the bathrooms were super nice and spacious. The kitchen was a little tight, but the counter space was nice to fit all our snacks. The convenience of having pool access is definitely a huge advantage to wanting to stay here again over Las Conchas. I also liked that we could use any pool at the resort, and parking spots were always available close to the elevator.

Birthday Trip
First time to Mexico, daughter’s 21st birthday. Great location, easy access to pools and beach. Views are great! This condo is large and clean. Resort is well kept. Check in on app is recommended. Owner is super responsive and we had a great time. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Family Trip to RP!
Always enjoy visiting RP and staying at Las Palomas. This is the second time staying in this unit. Kevin is a great host offering a clean, organized and conveniently located condo in one of the best towers. Definitely recommend and will look to book again for our next trip.

My family has stayed in the Tierney's condo a few times and ALWAYS have a great experience. Kevin the host is always helpful when needed and very friendly. I've tried other condos but the experience and room comfort doesnt compare. Hes my #1 host! Thanks for sharing your home with my family Kevin!

Nice room, great location, love Phase I's pool.
Everything was just top-notch, dang near perfect. With one exception. My wife put a credit card down for four towels at the pool. We returned them 9:30AM the morning of our departure home. Our (adult) son did not think to get a receipt.... Soooo............ I am now battling an $82 charge for four towels that were returned. I sent two e-mails and left two voicemails on this topic at Las Palomas itself. Zero response. So now I'm going through my American Express on the issue. This is why I exert all possible efforts to NOT use a credit card in Mexico. It's always something, some chance to stick it to the tourist.

Great 2 bedroom unit
This two bedroom at Las Palomas is great for two couples sharing space. Both bedrooms have king beds and adjacent bathroom access. The kitchen was well stocked, the furniture was comfy and accommodating, and Kevin, the owner, communicated well and answered questions before arrival.

long weekend
This was our second time staying at Las Palomas and our first at phase I. Many people complain about checking in but if you do your pre-checkin it goes by smoothly. Kevin, the owner, was great to work with and the property is always kept clean. We had no issues whatsoever.

Wonderful Rental!
This place is modern and has everything you need for your stay. We even had maid service every day, which I hadn't expected. I would definitely stay here again if I decide to make the 7.5 hour trek.

Spring break
This location is awesome on the property. High enough for minimal noise and beautiful full view of the ocean. The room is nicely furnished and kitchen was fully stocked. There was some confusion with our booking but unsure if it was owner or property issue. Should have asked better questions at check in. Highly recommend this property for a nice stay on the Las Palomas property.

Great experience!!!
We come to Las Palomas few times per year, and this was one of our favorite condos. The condo was very clean, tidy and modern, had everything we needed to feel at home. Beds were very comfortable and there are spacious closets with hangers, extra blankets and pillows. Well supplied kitchen made our meals more enjoyable. Condo had everything that we needed. Booking and renting was so easy and accurate, Kevin's response was quick, and he was very pleasant and respectful. The view from patio was gorgeous. We enjoyed our morning coffee in the shade and afternoons watching beautiful sunsets from the patio. Resort has lots of great amenities such as fresh beach towels every morning, 24 hrs customer service, restaurant with room service (you can order from both, phase 1 and phase 2), convenient grocery store, spacious pool with a bar, kid pool and our favorite lazy river that you can relax and fall asleep. Pool area has umbrellas, and on the beach, you can enjoy their cabanas. Overall, it was a great experience! Planning to come back soon.
