“Posizione ottima e personale molto gentile. La struttura non da il servizio colazione. Nelle vicinanze però si trovano molti caffè e panetterie.”

“THE most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The kinda sleep you wake up from disoriented because your body is so relaxed. The staff at the hotel probably couldn’t have cared whether I lived or died, zero hospitality. I think I got better care from the housekeeping staff as I had to keep asking for stuff for the room. But that’s not so important, I care more about how comfortable and clean and safe the room is. Very convenient location as it’s right across from the airport of course....

“It was a comfort stay for the 20+ hours layover at Seattle. However, when I called for shuttle bus pick up service around noon, they say there is no shuttle bus until 4 pm, so I had to uber to the hotel, then they say before 3 pm its early check in and for that $25 will be charged. So I decided to sit in the lobby and wait. There was another guest who was facing same issue. Finally the receptionist checked both of us in. ”

“I have been coming often so I have no particular comments, if not a serious issue that occured with one the staff member and his behaviour and attitude toward a simple question regarding the laundry service. the situation was swiftly handed by the front desk manager”
