“Very good hotel, in a quiet area of Guatemala City. The hotel room was actually a 2-bedroom + living room apartment full of space and with large and very comfortable beds. Very nice staff and common shared areas (pool, garden, breakfast room, etc) very well maintained.”

“No hot water. The hotel was a little hard to find. The hotel didnt have any signs with its name. But instead had a sign about “Gold Rentals.” The beds and bedding was really comfortable. Easily walked to the airport after checking out. ”

STAY AWAY - not worth it.

"Long story short: 1. Asked for large bed, got singles, when i asked to be changed there was no availability. 2. waken up by faulty AC, suddenly there was an available room with larger bed even. 3. another guest used their key card to open my room, while I was sleeping!!!! Why did her key card work? who knows. 4. The room was dirty and shower lost water into the bathroom. On their defense, the hotel manager, made a huge effort to make our stay a,ittle better but the damage was done. "
