“The Pullman is one of the farthest hotels from the Port Douglas village, but it is self-contained, and the staff are incredibly helpful with any requests. We self-drove but there was also a shuttle available at most times into town. We selected the Pullman for the timeless decor. I had read a few reviews about most hotels being 'dated'. We weren't disappointed. It was lovely. We stayed in one of the three-bedroom villas with a pool, and it felt very luxurious! It was larger than our own home...

“Awesome location, right off the Esplanade! Front desk staff all went over and above expectations to help us! Room size was nice. No daily room service, but you could get all the extra towel and drinking water refills you wanted for free. Good wifi. Great value for the price. ”
