“Great location close to surfers but that was the only part that justifies the price. Bbq not working, lights in main ensuite flickering, bath in main ensuite leaked (like literally poured water out of the bottom over the floor) No dryer, glass fence around the pool looks like it is literally going to fall over For $8,500 for a week very poor. “This property is old and very dated. There was no communication leading up to our reservation.i had to call multiple times to find out which unit to stay in and then to figure out where the unit was. The unit itself is not welcoming. It is dreary and old. There is no place to relax. No toiletries are provided. The walking times on the listing are not accurate. It is a 15 minute drive to Cape Hillsborough Beach. The only positive was it did have hot water and the bed was clean. I would not stay...

“We had four nights here. The quality of the villa is very good with all the comforts including a bbq on the huge deck area. The resort is maturing but the staff are welcoming and courteous. We bought some groceries at the mainland reception and took them with us as we knew the island restaurants and general store would very pricey. We enjoyed the half day cruise to Moon bay and loved the pools until 10pm each night ”
