Questa casa indipendente bretone con cortile chiuso offre tutti i comfort moderni. È tranquillo in campagna, a soli 3 km dal centro di Dinan e meno di 2 di tutti i negozi.

Al piano terra, su 40 m2 si ha un ampio soggiorno, con stufa a legna, libri, giochi da tavolo, lettori DVD TV e CD / radio, e una cucina separata completamente attrezzata, (frigorifero / congelatore, piano cottura e forno a gas, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde). Puoi sederti lì per il pasto. Hai accesso diretto alla terrazza esposta a sud. (più un WC con lavandino e lavanderia, adiacente.)

Al piano superiore, ci sono due suite con ognuna per un bagno con doccia (grande doccia) e WC chiuso. Poggia angolo, armadio ... 1 letto 140 X190 per la camera rosa e 2 letti 80X190 possono essere uniti per quello blu.

All'esterno, nel cortile una terrazza attrezzata (tavolo da pranzo, barbecue, ombrellone, poltrone), un riparo per l'auto e / o le biciclette e un campo da bocce. Inoltre ci sono giochi all'aperto.
Il cottage ha un accesso a Internet WIFI, i cani educati sono ammessi al piano terra. Il cottage è per non fumatori. (lettino, seggiolone disponibile su richiesta)

Brittany Experience
Pros….comfortable bed but pillows thin and bolster uncomfortable (we did not use) and duvet instead of throw…would be better. Exceptionally good shower, very clean, good washing facilities and outside space. Kitchen well kitted out. Cons…..tourist information very out of date and only in French. Heating boiler did not adequately heat house, on chilly evenings….we were firmly advised not to touch or alter settings…and apparently it was necessary for the owner to enter house to check on regular basis. House very much decorated to owners taste ..with many accessories from its previous life. We loved the location and would happily return to the area again.

Wonderful Home
Superb two bedroom cottage, complete with modern appliances, superb kitchen and household furnishings, and antique furniture and decorations. Our hosts are kind, generous and wonderful people. They treated us like close friends. It's a quiet location with easy access to Dinan and other scenic parts of Brittany. We hope to return someday. If you stay here, you will too.

Best gite we've ever stayed in!
This gite is amazing, truly a home from home. It's spacious, beautifully decorated and the owners have thought of every possible convenience for their guests. The property is extremely well situated, in a quiet lane, and has access to many pretty coastal and inland resorts, most of them being less than a 30 minute drive, with the unmissable Mont St. Michel, being around 40 minutes. Our hosts Beatrice and Pascal were truly wonderful, they were so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them, they genuinely put every effort into making your holiday experience the best it could possibly be.We really hope that we are able to return to the gite at some point in the future and can heartily recommend the property to anyone requiring a quiet and comfortable place to stay in a beautiful location. Plaisir et détente
Lieux très calme, reposant et très propre intérieur, comme extérieur. Un véritable havre de paix, que mes enfants et moi-même avons particulièrement apprécié. Très bel accueil par les propriétaires, qui nous ont donné de bons conseils de visites aux alentours et ont été très disponibles. La maison est bien décorée, très cocooning et ultra-fonctionnelle. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner.

Ein sehr schönes und sauberes Ferienhaus - Une maison de vacances très agréable et propre
Unsere Familie hatte für fast 2 Wochen einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus, um die wunderschöne Region der Bretagne von hier aus erkunden zu können. Die Lage dafür in der Nähe von Dinan war sehr gut. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten von Mont St-Michel über Saint-Malo bis hin zur Smaragdküste mit dem Cap Fréhel waren innerhalb von einer Stunde mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Auch Rennes und Vannes sind nicht weit entfernt. Die Lage war trotz der Nähe zur N176 sehr ruhig am Rande eines Dorfes. Die wunderschöne Altstadt Dinan selbst und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Die Vermieter Béatrice und Pascal sind sehr gastfreundlich und gaben uns einige sehenswerte Insidertipps. Sie standen auch für Rückfragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Das Haus war sehr sauber mit sehr guter Ausstattung in einem sehr gutem Zustand. Der Aufenthalt hier ist sehr empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank an Béatrice und Pascal! Notre famille a passé un séjour mémorable dans ce gîte pendant près de 2 semaines pour explorer la belle région de la Bretagne. L'emplacement pour ce près de Dinan était très bon. Tous les principaux sites touristiques du Mont St-Michel à Saint-Malo en passant par la Côte d'Emeraude avec le Cap Fréhel sont accessibles en une heure en voiture. Rennes et Vannes ne sont pas loin non plus. L'emplacement était très calme malgré la proximité de la N176 à la périphérie d'un village. La belle vieille ville de Dinan elle-même et les commerce

Eine sehr schöne Ferienunterkunft
Wir wurden von unseren Vermietern Beatrice und Pascale sehr freundlich empfangen und erhielten einige gut Tips für unsere geplanten Aktivitäten. Das Haus hatten wir auch aufgrund guter Bewertungen ausgewählt und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Es ist ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus, modern renoviert, sehr sauber, gemütlich und praktisch ausgestattet. Die 2 Schlafzimmer mit eigenen Bädern sind der Hit, absolut praktisch und komfortabel. Die schöne Außenterrasse mit Liegestühlen sowie einem Sitzbereich mit Tisch wurde von uns gern genutzt, auch aufgrund der ländlichen und angenehm ruhigen Umgebung. Die zentrale Lage der Unterkunft ist als Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen sehr praktisch. Unser erster Urlaub in der Bretagne hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfect location & so quiet!
This is a charming Breton cottage that is updated, roomy and nicely furnished, with a well equipped kitchen, top quality bed linens and a large outdoor area with table, chairs and grill. It has covered parking for your car with direct access from the house and is convenient to everything - 5 mins drive to 4 large grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants and all kinds of other stores. It is only 13 mins to the center of Dinan with its Chateau, Cathedral and bell tower and lots of shops and restaurants. It also has easy highway access for exploring other towns and sights in Brittany. Pascal and Beatrice are very warm and welcoming, easy to communicate with and respond quickly. They live next door so they are easily accessible if you have questions. We stayed in their lovely house for 2 weeks and hated to leave. We recommend this property 100% and would be happy to return.

Brittany Adventure
We spent a month at the Gite de la Bezardais and enjoyed every single day. The Gite itself is very comfortable, well appointed with everything we needed for our stay and the location for exploring the many interesting places that of Brittany has to offer is excellent. Even a couple of days exploring the Normandy beaches and of course Bayeux was very convenient. Dinan, for us, was a wonderful surprise and we spent many enjoyable days exploring the town and its surrounds. Beatrice and Pascale are excellent hosts and were always readily available with suggestions for places to visit.

Absolut ruhig und doch verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Super und sehr gepflegte Gite mit allem, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die liebvolle Einrichtung lässt auch Regentage genüsslich verbringen. Beatrice und Pascal sind tolle Vermieter, unaufdringlich, und doch immer da, wenn etwas braucht. Würden wir immer wieder buchen. TRÈS BON SEJOUR
Les propriétaires sont des personnes charmantes, disponibles et d’une extrême gentillesse. Le gite de la Bézardais est situé dans un environnement calme, entouré de plusieurs chemins de randonnée, idéal pour la promenade d’animaux de compagnie. Le gite (belle maison typique bretonne) est bien agencé, avec tout ce qu’il faut (une vraie maison en soit) et surtout d’une propreté exceptionnelle. Il possède une cour clôturée ou l’on peut stationner son véhicule à l’abri, d’un terrain idéal pour jouer aux palets bretons et à la pétanque (disponibles sur place avec d’autres jeux d’extérieurs) et d’une belle terrasse avec salon de jardin, grand parasol et barbecue. Le gite est même équipe d’un poêle à granulés pour les périodes hivernales (idéal pour tous en toutes saisons). Dans chaque chambre, il y a salle de bain et WC ainsi qu’un WC au rez de chaussée, très appréciable. En conclusion, nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette demeure. A conseiller sans soucis.

Sehr schönes Haus in perfekter Lage
Wir wurden von Beatrice sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Haus ist sehr gut und ansprechend ausgestattet. Es ist mit seinen 2 Schlafzimmern mit eigenen Bädern sehr komfortabel. In der Küche befindet sich in ausreichender Menge alles, was man benötigt. Der Sitzbereich mit seinem Tisch und den Holzbänken im Freien eignet sich sehr gut zum Essen und auch zur Entspannung in den Liegestühlen. Das Haus ist in ruhiger Lage und dennoch ist man mit dem Auto schnell im Zentrum von Dinan und sehr gut angebunden für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Das erste Mal Bretagne
Die Übergabe der Gite von Beatrice und Pascal ist sehr angenehm verlaufen und alles wurde uns erklärt. Ebenfalls mit dabei waren viele Tipps für Besuche und Ausflüge in die nähere und etwas weitere Umgebung. Diese waren sehr hilfreich. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgerüstet was man für die Ferien benötigt. Wir wurden sogar mit einem von den Enkelkindern gebackenen Far Bretone überrascht- diese Ehre wird wohl nicht allen zuteil.

Maginfique séjour
Très belle demeure bien équipée en pierre du pays avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. On se sent comme chez soi sans être chez soi. Les propriétaires Béatrice et Pascal sont chaleureux, accueillants, à l'écoute,... Habitué de partir chaque années en Bretagne, cette location sort du "lot" et je recommande vivement, on est pas déçu (sauf de repartir...). Bref magnifique vacances à tous les points de vue et une envie de revenir... Mr Hoyaux.

un séjour très agréable dans le gîte comme dans la région
Le Gîte est très complet en fourniture , très confortable, j'ai particulièrement appréciée les deux salle de bain et les deux WC séparé pour chacun .Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et je reviendrais avec plaisir et je le recommande vivement à tous les vacanciers.

Exceptional gite with every convenience, terrific hosts ,easy drive to dinan and dinard and the fabulous coast , St malo a little further but super road network ,highly recommend especially for dogs ,out two border colliesloved tye garden and walks nearby ,will revisit asap
