Hotel a Raach am Hochgebirge

“Das war eine sehr aussergewöhnliche Unterkunft und auch die Dame Frau Schwarz-Mach war sehr höflich und zuvor kommend. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sie liegt sehr beschaulich und ruhig. Gerne würde ich, wenn ich wieder in der Region unterwegs bin, dort übernachten.”

“Very quaint and peaceful place - great for climbing the Schneeberg Mountain and relaxing in the spa after. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was a lack of a la cart options for dinner, forcing you to pay a lot for either set menus or buffets. Unfortunately there was not anything else around except fried and not so great Austrian food. Otherwise great stay and special thanks to the amazing bartender :)”

“ Ho trascorso una notte terribile, il caldo era torrido e la camera non è fornita di condizionatore, causa mia che non ho verificato ma da diversi anni non trovavo camere senza questo indispensabile accessorio.”

“Location anonima in un’area industriale. Nessun bar o ristorante nelle vicinanze. Zona tranquilla, camere spaziose ma spartane. Stranamente una sola presa di corrente in tutta la stanza e lontana dal letto e dal comodino. ”

“Es wurde uns ein Zimmer zugewiesen, bei dem keine Möglichkeit bestand, das grell beleuchtete Hinweisschild“ Fluchtausgang“, auszuschalten, sodass kein Schlaf möglich war. Das Zimmer wirklich hell erleuchtet!!!Nach ärgerlichem Anruf bei der Rezeption gab es die Auskunft, dass dies in Österreich Pflicht ist und dass alle Zimmer derart ausgestattet sind. Am folgenden Tag wurde nach mehrfacher Nachfrage ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, … ohne diese Notfallbeleuchtung, diese Option gab es ja die Nacht...
