“Easier access to desert”

“Our experience was unpleasant, toilet in our tent was stinky and smelly. We changed our tent but we faced same problem in the other tent. Staff was rude with our driver and in addition to this the food they served was cold and it wasn’t fresh. Bedding was dirty and had stains on….im really sorry to give this review as I’ve no intention in ruining your business but I believe in genuine feedback and here’s mine.”

“We had an amazing time at the camp. Food was great, the accommodations were clean, cozy, and comfortable. The entertainment provided by local group of singers and dancers was well done. We also took part in the camel ride activity and enjoyed a beautiful sunset. I wish I could upload pictures of Badshah, our camel and Kamal his driver. ”

“This property was remote and secluded, making it a quiet retreat. Since it is so remote, getting to it was challenging, but once you are here it is a little slice of an desert oasis to get away from the noise of the city. The staff were amazing and accommodating. The food was delicious and plentiful. You can sign up for extra excursions if you like. The entertainment was incredible and very talented. I really enjoyed my stay here.”

“Amazing stay at this property, fantastic service, clean rooms and good food which will be more like homemade food ( which we liked) and not like a restaurant style. Breakfast and dinner can be included in your stay which I recommend as this property is located a bit remote around 45 minutes from Jaisalmer. “Overall, property is decent. However, could use some TLC. Lots of bugs in the room. Do not give drinking water daily. The head shower didn’t work in my room. The staff is super nice and tries to help where they can. The menu is essentially the same every day. We stayed for 3 days and ate same things. They should switch some things up. “The tents were terible there was no cleanliness and it was not near to the photo given on app. We did not stay even there. The hotel manager was rude over the phone when i told to cancel the booking and did not return the advance given.”

“The staff was helpful but the facility sucks. These were touted as luxury tents with attached toilet and bath. The toilet was non-functional. Right there this facility can only get a 0 on any rating scale from me. The linen was old and had not been changed. Imagine sleeping in a luxury tent on linen that has not been replaced. The tent itself was very dusty. The evening cultural program was nice. The ambience was decent. And as I said some of the staff was trying to be helpful within the limits...

"Bellissimo hotel con una splendida vita sul lago e sul lake palace. Camera grande e spaziosa, bagno confortevole. La vista dalle nostre camere era molto bella anche se devo segnalare la presenza sui davanzali di escrementi di volatili, consiglio di prendere provvedimenti perché è un peccato vedere il lake palace e poi avere sotto un tappeto di sporco che non viene rimosso da tempo credo. Cucina al ristorante buona, con un buon servizio. Piscina molto grande ma dato il brutto tempo non l’abbiamo usata."

"L'hotel è carino e in stile, pulizia discreta, personale gentile e collaborativo. Buono il ristorante sulla terrazza, colazione varia e soddisfacente. La stanza, purtroppo, affacciava su un chiostro di passaggio e l'unica finestra doveva restare perennemente con le tende oscuranti per evitare che ci guardassero dentro, quindi mai luce naturale. Nel complesso hotel più che apprezzabile."
